The purpose of this research is to explain the process of designing and manufacturing as well as testing the valve screw by knowing the ratio of the thickness of the valve margins from the results of the valve clearance. This type of research is development and research, the researcher examines and tests the performance of the tool. The object of this research is to know the ratio of the thickness of the valve margins if the rpm is increased gradually and the time during drilling continues to increase, using the Toyota Corona type 12 R cylinder head and valve. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the effective rpm and time or rpm and time Recommended for conducting valve inspections is at rpm 5000 minutes to 15, rpm 6000 and rpm 7000 minutes 5. The reason is because at that rpm and time the rotation is stable and from the results of checking the valve there is no leakage.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa analisis pengaruh Manjemn Laba, Risko Keuangan digunakan sebagai variabel Independen dengan corporate governance sebagai variabel moderating danNilai Perusahansebagaivariabel Dependen. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan annual report 2015 sampai 2017. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Laba dan risiko keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, coporate Govermace berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultanManajemen dan risiko keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang sejenis dengan penelitian yang dilakukan olehAlmilia (2013) dimana Manjemen Laba dan Risiko keuangan dengan corporate govermance sebagai cariabel moderating berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The research method is quantitative with the object of research being the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2017 with all out observations of 87 information. The management of companies is acutely aware that to maintain their existence, they must try to a... more The management of companies is acutely aware that to maintain their existence, they must try to avoid increasing the risk of financial distress. This study aims to determine the factors that affect financial distress in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on 33 manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The principal theory used in this study refers to agency theory. Conflicts of interest between principals and agents encourage agents to take advantage of the excess information they have to hide problems occurring within the company. As a result, stakeholders will be harmed, considering the information they receive is irrelevant. In this study, the variables used include financial distress, the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committee size, liquidity, and working capital turnover. This research used the data from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method used in this study is binary logistic regression. Data processing is conducted by Stata 15. The proportion of the board of commissioners, the number of audit committees, company liquidity, and activity ratios were used in this research. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the proportion of independent commissioners had no significant effect on financial distress, while the audit committee, corporate liquidity, and working capital turnover affected financial distress in manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Tetapi belakangan ini, penggunaan Air Conditioner (AC) pada saat ini masih belum efektif. Dimana, masih banyak pemborosan pemakaian seperti lupa untuk mematikan Air Conditioner (AC) ketika keluar dari ruangan tersebut.sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pembayaran tagihan listrik pemakaian Air Conditioner (AC) menjadi mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengontrol Air Conditioner (AC) secara otomatis dengan perancangan dan pembuatan hardware maupun software. Hardware berupa box yang terdiri dari Arduino UNO sebagai pusat pengontrolan seluruh sistem, sensor ultrasonik sebagai input yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi gerakan, sensor DHT 11 digunakan untuk mendeteksi suhu ruangan, serta SSR dan Driver Relay sebagai switching pada Air Conditioner (AC).
