The value of R² is at 0.891756, means that the model of this study (eight variables independent: Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Fulfillment of PPAP, Net Interest Margin, Return on Equity, Operational Expenses Operational Income, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and dummy variable of sensitivity to market risk) may explain the dependent variable Return on Assets (ROA) of 89.17%, and amounted to 10.183 % explained outside the model of this research. 2. The probability of the F-statistic value is equal to 0.00000. Based on F test of the hypothesis testing showed that the probability F-statistic is equal to 0.00000 < 0.05 then Ha is supported. This means that simultaneously variables CAR, NPL, fulfillment PPAP, NIM, BOPO, ROE, LDR and CARS effect on ROA, in the α level of 95%. This indicates that there is an influence between the eight variables independent (Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Provided Provision to Required Provision, Net Interest Margin, Return on Equity, Cost to income ratio, and Loan to Deposit Ratio, and dummy variable of sensitivity to market risk together brought to you by CORE View metadata, citation and similar papers at core.ac.uk

There are many losses experienced by the community due to investment activities that use financia... more There are many losses experienced by the community due to investment activities that use financial technology. Legal facts show that non-litigation and civil litigation efforts have not been able to implement the legal objectives. The purpose of this study is to find the answer whether criminal legal remedies can the aggrieved party take in investing using financial technology to realize the value of benefits for legal purposes. This research is a normative juridical research. The results of the study indicate that criminal law efforts can implement legal objectives, if there is adequate competence from the police, prosecutors and judges regarding investment and financial technology.

Legislative regulations are drawn up and enacted to ensure that the statutory regulations are adh... more Legislative regulations are drawn up and enacted to ensure that the statutory regulations are adhered to and adequate to fulfil their aims and objectives. Three applicabilities, namely philosophical, sociological, and juridical, strongly influence the effectiveness of statutory regulations. Philosophical applicability shows that laws and regulations must follow intellectual values that live in society. At the same time, sociological bearing states that the community recognizes any rule and regulation and meets the people's needs and developments. Juridical applicability indicates that an authorized institution must make the statutory regulations stipulate the content is suitable. The form of the Law does not conflict with the higher rules, and the legislator makes it through a predetermined procedure. This research seeks to analyze how the use of suffrage by a law student voters Atma Jaya Yogyakar... more This research seeks to analyze how the use of suffrage by a law student voters Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University in legislative and presidential elections in 2014 and the factors that determine the choice. Respondents who gave point of views are all students of the Faculty of Law, University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta who elected for the first time and have the right to vote because it has been qualified in terms of age. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that; generally, the use of suffrage showed a fairly high level, compared legislatif election in the legislative elections of use suffrage show the increasing of participation. amounted to 11.62%.
