The green chemistry fields provide continuously environment-friendly compounds or develop processes that avoid the use of hazardous organic chemicals (benzene, toluene, VOCs solvents). Optimizing the quality of the result as well as enhancing environmental friendliness prove to be a major hurdle in the future of green analytical chemistry. The first action taken by chemists for the design of green pharmaceutical products and industrial-scale processes offers enhanced economic development [2]. The use of green raw materials, and avoiding toxic chemicals are needed to be considered by chemical industries and companies for the safety of workers and environments. Further, these steps account for better yields and lesser waste. In green analytical chemistry (GAC), the environmentalfriendly analyte in samples is of greatest demand. This is important to improve the quality of the sample. The main problems that come in an environment because of using traditional methods can be minimized by Anal. Methods Environ. Chem. Pharmaceuticals have the ability to get into the environmental surroundings at almost all their life cycle stages (disposal, use, and production), that means they have the chance to mix up with drinking water, or even they can accumulate in fish and vegetables. In this mini review, important pharmaceuticals aspects affecting the environmental surroundings have mentioned including their behavior in the environmental system, their sources, the Potential impact of Pharmaceutical Pollution on human being and Factors influencing the fate of pharmaceutical pollutant. A comprehensive literature study was summarized in the relevant databases to conduct the published research works that have been done recently about this topic. Identification of the origin sources of the pharmaceuticals and their products serve as a prevention measure which could help to eliminate pharmaceutical contamination. Serious actions should be considered to prevent the occurrence of pharmaceutical pollution on the ecosystem including; improving in the production, synthesis and design, of pharmaceuticals, sales, prescription, and waste handling, and control of the sources of pollution by applying advanced technologies.

The chromatographic separation of this method was carried out by Waters X Bridge Stainless steel C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) packed with ODS using methanol: acetonitrile and water (40:40:20 V/V/V) as mobile phase. The pH of the mobile phase was 2.7, adjusted by orthophosphoric acid. The flow rate of the instrument was set at 0.8 mL min-1 and wavelength of UV visible detector was set at 210 nm at room temperature. The method showed good linearity and the correlation coefficients of ofloxacin and racecadotril were found to be 0.9966 and 0.9991, respectively. The mean recovery values were calculated to be 99.1 and 100.03, respectively. This method could be applied successfully for the estimation of both the drugs in bulk and pharmaceutical formulation. The stress studies for this method were ...

Then a tiny amount of solvent is taken to the vial of SPME. Then, the solvent vaporizes in the SPME vial, and sampling is carried out on the headspace of the SPME fiber. As a result, the partitioning phase of the analyte between the headspace and liquid sample is omitted. The equilibrium phase remains the analyte partitioning between the headspace and SPME. TV-SPME was introduced in 2014 by Goodpaster to increase the recovery compared to the liquid injection method. This review discusses different aspects of TV-SPME, including its impact on sampling techniques, theoretical part, sampling procedure, and method optimization. Special attention was paid to its applications. A comprehensive literature study was conducted in the relevant databases to summarize the research work that has been done on this technique. In TV-SPME, the liquid samples com...

Surgery is the main treatment strategy, but the tumor is likely to recur, especially in pigmented villonodular synovitis, which is the diffuse-type of giant cell tumor. Pexidartinib was approved in August 2019 by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with a brand name TURALIO as the first systemic approved therapy for patients having Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumors (TGCT). Objective: In this review, different aspects pertaining to pexidartinib have been summarized including pathophysiology of TGCT, chemistry, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of pexidartinib. Special attention is given to various reported clinical trials of pexidartinib. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted in the relevant databases to identify studies published in this field during recent year...

Apalutamide is an effective, safe, and well-tolerated agent used for the treatment of men with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) and metastatic hormone-naive prostate cancer (mHNPC). Androgen receptor signaling is a leading factor that drives these prostate tumors. USFDA has approved apalutamide on 14 February 2018 as an agent that targets androgen receptor signaling through inhibition causing significant improvement in metastasis-free survival in patients with prostate cancer. Objective: In this review, various aspects related to apalutamide have been summarized which involve the mechanism of action, chemistry, synthesis, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse reactions, and safety parameters. Methods: The literature was thoroughly searched in the relevant databases to identify studies published in this field duri...
