Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) menjadi salah satu perilaku yang dilaksanakan atas dasar k... more Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) menjadi salah satu perilaku yang dilaksanakan atas dasar kesadaran sebagai hasil pembelajaran yang menjadikan masyarakat peduli akan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan one-group pretets-posttest design, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah responden 52 orang, dengan kriteria insklusi. Instrument pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dilanjutkan penyuluhan dengan media powerpoint, video dan leaflet. Adapun analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata (mean) pengetahuan masyarakat tentang PHBS pada saat pretest adalah 11,71 dan pada saat posttest meningkat menjadi 17,58. Skor pengetahuan terendah pada saat pretest adalah 6 dan skor tertinggi adalah 16 dan pada saat posttest skor pengetahuan terendah adalah 15 dan skor tertinggi adalah 20. Efforts to improve the nutrition of nursing mothers by providing nutrient-rich foods that can stimulate milk production, namely papaya fruit stew. This study aims to determine the effect of boiled papaya on increasing breast milk production. This research was conducted at the Independent Midwife Nelly Harahap Panyanggar, North Padangsidimpuan District on 27 breastfeeding mothers. Analysis of the data used is the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed the p-value = 0.001, (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is an effect of papaya decoction on increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in the Independent Practice of Midwife Nelly Harahap, Panyanggar, North Padangsidimpuan District in 2021. The type of research use with cross sectional design. The sample in this study is determine by take the entire population to be the subject of research, as many as 93 students. This research was conducted at Singengu Village in March to April 2018. The results show that the students' nutritional knowledge does not have a direct relationship with the consumption of vegetables and fruit of students. Students' nutritional knowledge has a direct relationship with vitamin A intake of t count = 1.89. This study aims to determine the acceptability of student in elementary school towards Dadih buffalo milk’s gelatin. This study was an experimental research conducted using two treatment. Gelatin with addition of 700 gr dadih buffalo milk and gelatin with addition of 900 gr dadih buffalo milk . Panellists in this research was 24 students in elementary school . Acceptance data test were analyzed by Friedman’s test. This research was conducted at Desa Pangkat Kec.Lembah Sorik Marapi Kab.Mandailing Natal in March and April 2016. The results showed that the acceptance of students in elementary school against the gelatin with addition of 700 gr dadih buffalo milk and addition of 900 gr dadih buffalo milk classified as they like it.
