The global world has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which demands the speed of pro... more The global world has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which demands the speed of production flexibility and increased service to consumers. The age of the industrial revolution 4.0 has transformed various sectors into more practical and complex ones through the use of automated and digitized technology. This research aims to discover digital transformation in improving human resource management that is superior, creative, and innovative in the corporate sector. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with the type of literature review research. The data sources used are secondary data sources by reviewing journal articles and secondary data from books to support this research, all of which are by the research objectives. The results show that digital transformation will result in intense competition and compete with each other in facing the demands of industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, the abilities and skills will result in superior performance and HR achievement

The main problem faced in seaweed farming there is the phenomenon of the ice-ice disease that attacks seaweed, especially before the change of seasons. The existence of the disease has an impact on a decrease in production which results in a decrease in the income of farmers. The existence of the ice-ice disease, it is suspected that bio-ecologically and biophysically conditions of the waters that are farmed are experiencing disturbances due to pollutants and/or decreased water quality, farming methods that are not suitable due to the dependence of the community on monoculture farming, However, the disease can also be caused by the use of low quality seeds. The purpose of this study was to see how the work environment, work stress, and employee loyalty ... more The purpose of this study was to see how the work environment, work stress, and employee loyalty and how the relationship between these three variables at Bella Vita Hotel Kupang, because the researchers found that there was an increase in the level of employee absenteeism when the number of positive confirmed cases of covid-19 in Kupang City more and more. This study uses the Spearman rank correlation test analysis technique. It is known that the work environment has a positive relationship with employee loyalty as indicated by a sig(2-tailed) value of 0.041 and a correlation coefficient of 0.462 which means the better the work environment, the higher the employee loyalty, and on the contrary. Job stress has a negative relationship with employee loyalty as indicated by a sig(2-tailed) value of 0.042 and a correlation coefficient of -0.459 which means the higher the work stress, the lower the employee loyalty, and vice versa. Berkaitan dengan upaya tersebut maka pemerintah melalui setiap lembaga khususnya Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia untuk meningkatkan SDM melalui pendidikan Kejuruan dan Pendidikan Pengembangan Sekolah Inspektur (SIP). Pendidikan ini sangat terbuka luas bagi setiap anggota Polri yang berminat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan.Pendidikan sangatlah penting dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, dimana dalam pendidikan terdapat juga pedidikan karakter bagi setiap individu.Pendidikan berperan penting sebagai motivasi dalam peningkatan kecakapan kemampuan seorang individu agar menjadi manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Peranan Motivasi intristrik terhadap Minat Personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Kupang Kota untuk Mengikuti pendidikan, Dan Bagaimana Peranan Motivasi Ekstrinstik terhadap Minat Personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Kupang Kota untuk Mengikuti pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan berdasarkan korelasi spearman sebesar 0,082 yang bertandakan nilai positif artinya semakin tinggi Motivasi Instrinstik seorang anggota Personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Kupang Kota, maka semakin tinggi motivasi yang lahir dari dalam diri seorang anggota untuk meningkatkan minat mengikuti pendidikan Sehingga hipotesis (H1) yang menyatakan bahwa Motivasi Instrinsik yang kuat dapat meningkatkan minat pendidikan bagi Personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Kupang Kota. Dari hasil uji SPSS didapatkan koefesien korelasi Spearman's sebesar-0,249 yang bertandakan nilai negative artinya nilai negatif disni menunjukan bahwa peranan Motivasi ekstrinstik tidak dapat merangsang atau menstimulus seorang anggota Personel Bhabinkamtibmas untuk meningkatkan minat mengikuti pendidikan. Sehingga untuk hasil pengujian hipotesis 2 (H2) Ditolak. Dimana Motivasi ekstrinsik yang kuat tidak dapat meningkatkan minat pendidikan bagi Personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Kupang Kota.

Understanding about causality can help local governments determine strategies and policies in exploring revenue potential and reducing the level of fiscal dependence as well as evaluating and controlling to achieve an efficient level of budget use. This study uses 60 data from 15 districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province for period 2015-2018. The test using path analysis proves the direct effect of PAD on growth but has no effect on capital expenditure and supports H0 for testing the intervening variable. Novelty in this research is to fill the theoretical and empirical gap with place according to the right theory to build a basic framework through Revenue-spend hypothesis. KPPOD (Komite Pemantauan Pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah) yang hadir sepanjang usia otda tersebut, ber... more KPPOD (Komite Pemantauan Pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah) yang hadir sepanjang usia otda tersebut, berusaha mewujudkan visinya untuk ikut serta menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif di era otonomi ini melalui berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukannya. Dalam salah satu kegiatan tahunannya, KPPOD mengadakan penelitian mengenai “Pemeringkatan Daya Tarik Investasi Kabupaten/Kota Tahun 2003” yang meliputi 156 Kabupaten dan 44 Kota di Indonesia. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan pemeringkatan ketiga, setelah sebelumnya melaksanakannya di 90 Kabupaten/ Kota di tahun 2001 dan 134 Kabupaten/Kota di tahun 2002. Selain untuk referensi para pelaku usaha dalam mempertimbangkan keputusan investasinya, kegiatan tersebut juga dimaksudkan untuk mendorong kompetisi yang sehat antar daerah-daerah otonom dalam memfasilitas aktivitas perekonomian. Antusiasme kalangan dunia usaha untuk mempelajari hasil penelitian tersebut di tahun-tahun sebelumnya dan beragam tanggapan dari daerah-daerah otonom, serta liputan media yang luas semakin mendorong KPPOD untuk melakukan kegiatan tersebut secara reguler. Dari kegiatan itu diharapkan menjadi salah satu alat bantu bagi pihak pihak yang berkepentingan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan otda yang sedang dan akan terus berlangsung.

This area is expected to encourage economic growth in the periphery with the main driving locomotive being the fisheries sector. Seaweed cultivation has developed in Rote-Ndao District since a decade ago. The coastal area used for seaweed cultivation in this district in 2018 reached 1,718 ha (57.21%) of the potential area of 3,003 ha. Seaweed cultivation activities carried out in this regency are generally still limited to water areas that are considered safe to try and provide benefits that are considered quite good, even though the cultivation is technically inadequate or does not meet the technical requirements of seaweed cultivation.
