ISRO PSLV-C60 SpaDeX Mission Live Streaming: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will be closing out the year with another satellite launch, as part of its ambitious and critical Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX) mission. ISRO’s workhorse PSLV rocket is all set to lift-off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 10PM IST on Monday, December 30.

ISRO will be live-streaming the PSLV-C60/SpaDeX launch through various platforms, including its own website as well as its Facebook and YouTube accounts. You can tune into the livestream from 9:30PM IST onwards:

The objective of the SpaDeX mission is to demonstrate, for the first time, ISRO’s ability to bring together and join two satellites in space through a process known as docking. Being able to dock two spacecraft in outer space is pivotal to achieving the space agency’s future goals such as setting up India’s own space station by 2035.

The PSLV-C60’s cargo mainly comprises two small, identical satellites, SDX01 and SDX02, each weighing around 220 kg. They will be injected into a 470-km circular orbit by the launch vehicle.

🎉 Launch Day is Here! 🚀

Tonight at precisely 10:00:15 PM, PSLV-C60 with SpaDeX and innovative payloads are set for liftoff.
