Made on a budget of Rs 20 crore, the film has recorded the highest opening of his career. His earlier film, Aap Kaa Surroor (2007), opened with Rs 1.79 crore and went on to gross Rs 12.4 crore in India. His second movie, Karzzzz (2008), had an opening of Rs 2 crore and earned Rs 10.3 crore in total. Following these, he starred in films like Radio (2009), Kajraare (2010), Damadamm (2011), and The Xpose (2014). Reshammiya also appeared in Akshay Kumar’s Khiladi 786 (2012), which grossed Rs 97 crore worldwide, with a production budget of Rs 35 crore.
