CERN Neutrino Platform Pheno Week 2025 (original) (raw)

The next Neutrino Platform Pheno Week will run from Feb 17 – 21, 2025, at CERN. This workshop is an essential forum for the neutrino physics community, timed with recent breakthroughs and strategic updates. The workshop will focus on integrating theoretical and experimental approaches across neutrino physics, including:

The workshop will also feature a discussion session on contributions to the European Strategy for Particle Physics (ESPP), aiming to develop a white paper that underscores Europe's commitment to neutrino physics, the critical role of cross-section predictions, and the growing importance of theoretical analysis as large-scale experiments like DUNE, Hyper-K, and JUNO advance. Participants are invited to shape the future trajectory of European neutrino research by helping to identify key topics and structure this strategic white paper.

Confirmed speakers include: Jordy de Vries, Ivan Esteban, Damiano Fiorillo, Julia Gehrlein, Minoo Kabirnezhad, Felix Kahlhoefer, Shirley Li, Biswarup Mukhopadhyaya, Isabel Oldengott, Juan Rojo, Marko Simonovic, Shun Zhou

Format: the workshop will be in hybrid format (in-person + Zoom). In-person attendance will be limited to around 80 participants.
