However, the pandemic's highly infectious nature, diverse clinical manifestations, rapid transmission, and lack of specialised antiviral medication have raised widespread concerns. FHCWs who directly interact with Covid-19 patients face a high risk of contracting the disease. This study aimed to assess level of fear, depression, anxiety and stress during Covid-19 among Frontline Healthcare stress and fear. This study featured a descriptive cross-sectional design. Proportionate stratithat most (46%) participants, fear level was between 21-30 and those of 41.6 percent between 10-20 and only 12 percent participants fear level was between 31-40. The total mean score for the FCV-19S was 22.72 (SD = 6.048), which again exceeded the mid-point for the total score range (21), indicating elevated level fear of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our study concluded that the psychological effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, including fear, depression, anxiety, and ness, prevention measures, and adequate psychological support to address the mental health impact of current and potential pandemics. Further research is needed to fully understand the psychological effects of pandemics throughout history and in the future.

Respiratory failure happens when the capillaries, or tiny blood vessels, surrounding air sacs can't properly exchange carbon dioxide for oxygen. The condition can be acute or chronic. The two types of acute and chronic respiratory failure are hypoxemic and hypercapnia. Both conditions can trigger serious complications and the conditions often coexist. Etiology: There are various causes of acute respiratory failure. • Obstruction-people with COPD or asthma. • Injury to spinal cord or brain, if the brain can't relay message due to injury or damage, the lungs can't continue to function properly. • An injury to the ribs or chest can also hamper the breathing process. • Acute respiratory distress syndrome is characterised by having low oxygen in the blood. • Sepsis. • Pneumonia. Diagnostic Evaluation ARDS is conÀ rmed through various investigations.

While dealing with such a large-scale viral disease, the healthcare infrastructure is under strain. Young adults who were thought to have been clinically affected fared better than their older counterparts. This pandemic has affected millions of children, especially those from low-economic backgrounds, who are otherwise highly susceptible and underprivileged. Children of frontline workers and single parents face particular challenges. Children from disadvantaged backgrounds are more vulnerable to infection and may experience longlasting negative effects of the pandemic, such as child labor, child trafficking, child marriage, sexual exploitation, and even death. To lessen the psychological negative effects of COVID-19 on children and adolescents, parents, physicians, psychologists, social workers, and hospital administrators, government and non-governmental organizations have essential responsibilities to play. Priority one is to ensure that all children from all socioeconomic strata have access to the necessities of life, including social security, health care, and education. Moreover, some positive changes may result from the global crisis. This research paper discusses the potential consequences of this pandemic. Summary: Some of the hypotheses being investigated while looking at the low case fatality rate among pediatric age groups include the peak of immunity and differences in immune system response. The vulnerability of the comorbid pediatric age group, on the other hand, is comparable to that of their older counterparts. During the severe acute respiratory syndrome and Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome outbreaks, similar results were observed. The inoculation of a mother during pregnancy was found to be effective in protecting her progeny. Results: This is a review article, thus not applicable. Conclusions: Children are quite discouraged when school is abruptly stopped, when planned outings are canceled, when they are confined to the house, and when they are afraid of the unknown with regard to the continuing epidemic. Even though almost all studies suggest that COVID-19 has a relatively mild clinical manifestation in children, one must be cautious due to the novel coronavirus's rapid mutation rate. More research is needed to determine the relationship between COVID-19 and pediatric age groups.

While it may appear that NB is a simple behaviour that can be easily stopped, most children having NB have previously tried and failed. Others, such as siblings and parents, are frustrated as a result of the failed endeavour. The purpose of this review is to give an overview of NB prevalence, consequences, counselling services, and management. Overall, the examined existing literature reveal that psychiatric disorders and other stereotypic behaviours are present in more than 80% of clinical samples of children with NB, and maximum of the parents had psychiatric illnesses, primarily sadness. However, treating NB is not as straightforward as it may look. The management of NB is significantly more complicated than focusing just on its abolition. It's impossible to predict nail-biting without considering its co-morbidities, triggers, and consequences. Children with NB, their family members, siblings, and instructors, according to the reviewed study, should be educated what to do and what not to do about the illness. Sentencing does not work. Furthermore, evidence-based behavioral and pharmacologic therapy procedures must be made available through clinical randomized controlled trials. Nail-biting and lip biting habits develop as a consequence of stress management among children. Such habits help cope with emotional and physical stresses. As a result, this study is critical in raising awareness about such oral habits and the necessary interventions to effectively stop them. This provides a holistic approach to endodontic care and helps prevent future debilitating problems to the oral cavity and the associated structures.

Stress can affect a person's regular reality perception, problem-solving abilities, community spirit, interpersonal interactions, and more. Working women have a significant influence in the global growth of countries and must manage their careers while continuing to fulfil their conventional duties as wives, mothers, and earners. This indicates that duties are growing for working women and they are under a lot of stress.

Having sound knowledge regarding expression, storage and use of breast milk is fi rst step towards promoting practice of expressed breast milk, which in turn promotes exclusive breastfeeding. Primary concern in this is handling, storage, and warming of expressed breastmilk. So all breastfeeding mothers should be motivated to learn different techniques of expression, storage and use of expressed breastmilk. The settings chosen for present study were 18 villages of Dachnipora block of district Anantnag (J&K) with a sample size of 50 mothers of infants. This setting was selected as per feasibility & availability of study subjects. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The study revealed that 46 percent of subjects had inadequate knowledge level, 54 percent had moderate knowledge level’ and none of subjects had adequate knowledge level...
