Supadio International Airport is an airport that serves various types of aircraft (Boeing, Airbus... more Supadio International Airport is an airport that serves various types of aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Hawk, CN259), and does not have a rapid exit taxiway, in its guidance, Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office enforces rules for Boeing and Airbus-type arrival traffic for backtrack at the end of the runway, but this rule does not apply to aircraft with other types such as ATR and Cessna. This of course creates a time difference to clear the runway for arrival traffic of the Airbus and Boeing types. This study aims to obtain a safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic at the Perum LPPNPI Pontianak Branch Office by applying the calculation of The Brazilian Air Navigation Management Center (CGNA) Runway Capacity Calculation by adjusting the current airport conditions. From the research results, it is found that the value of the safe distance between arrival traffic and departure traffic by considering the aircraft classification can produce a more optimal safe distance.

Proses pengolahan data dilakukan di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPI Curug) mulai Desember 2020 hingga Agustus 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel ini adalah seluruh ATC Tower Perum LPPNPI Cabang Denpasar yang mengoperasikan penggabungan sektor Ngurah Ground, Ngurah Tower, dan Clearance Delivery. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi yang berisi data tentang Performance Check ATC Tower, dan kuesioner Nasa-TLX. The purpose of this study was to establish a strong culpability decision and implement Just Cultu... more The purpose of this study was to establish a strong culpability decision and implement Just Culture in organizations. The research methodology was based on a quantitative questionnaire that contained a variety of questions and statements related to the role of Just Culture, with an emphasis on safety management systems, commitment to safety, safety training, level of support and recognition for safety within the organization, and how the organization managed blame and punishment. The findings of the study demonstrated clearly what should be reported, how it should be submitted in accordance with the information obtained, how to report using an unfriendly system, and what guarantees were available after reporting. All respondents concurred that all employees should comprehend and implement Just Culture. It should always be incorporated and implemented in regular tasks since safety is a necessity, not merely a duty. Additionally, the key findings from discussion method and interviews with the top management team addressed the existing issues with Just Culture, as well as how the Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) in Indonesia builds strong culpability decisions and handles blame and punishment (determine culpability decision). Indonesia Air Navigation (The ANSP in Indonesia) intended to define acceptable and unacceptable behavior criteria, and more than ninety percent of the survey respondents agreed.

Birds and other wild animals could give a serious impact to the aircraft operation activities that could endanger the safety and secure activities of aviation. For this reason, wildlife hazard management is very important to reduce the impact. The goal of the wildlife hazard implementation is one of the efforts to secure the Airport Wildlife Control Unit by manipulating the animals’ behavior of their habitats. A thorough investigation must be conducted in every aviation incident or accident to find the roo... more A thorough investigation must be conducted in every aviation incident or accident to find the root cause so that recommendations can be drawn to prevent the same incident or accident from occurring again. This research is a descriptive analysis with quantitative methods. Data were collected from the final reports released by the KNKT from 2015 until 2019. The main causes were grouped using the SHELL Model analysis. The results showed that the most prevalent cause of aviation incidents/accidents in Indonesia was the mismatch between livewareliveware of which the percentage reached 64%. Furthermore, this mismatch was caused by lack of supervision from management as many as 17 events or 74%; 5 events or 22% were caused by unavailability of rules; and lack of coordination with as many as 1 event or 4%. Within 17 events caused by lack of supervision from management, there were 3 phases of which the events occurred namely the landing phase comprising 59% or 10 events, the cruising phase comprising 18% or 3 events, and the approaching phase consisting of 24% or 4 events. Accidents and serious incidents may occur if latent causes such as lack of supervision from management, unavailability of rules and lack of coordination are not mitigated.

Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua analisis penelitian, pertama dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan regresi, pertama dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan atas tingkat pengaruh variabel beban kerja terhadap variabel pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan dan kedua, dengan menggunakan Nasa-TLX guna mengungkap lebih dalam terhadap tingkat beban kerja subyektif para controller yang meliputi tuntutan mental psikis, tuntutan fisik, tekanan waktu, kinerja, tingkat frustrasi, dan usaha kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Safety Management System (SMS) te... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Safety Management System (SMS) terhadap Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan di Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (LPPNPI) Cabang Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif di mana metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket/kuesioner, analisis SMS Gap Analysis Checklist dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS dengan sampel 22 responden serta taraf kesalahan 5% yang ditujukan kepada personel ATC di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Banjarmasin. SMS Gap Analysis Checklist diisi oleh Manajer Keselamatan, Keamanan dan Standarisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan pengaruh antara Implementasi SMS terhadap Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,786 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 62%. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua analisis penelitian, pertama dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan regresi, pertama dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan atas tingkat pengaruh variabel beban kerja terhadap variabel pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan dan kedua, dengan menggunakan Nasa-TLX guna mengungkap lebih dalam terhadap tingkat beban kerja subyektif para controller yang meliputi tuntutan mental psikis, tuntutan fisik, tekanan waktu, kinerja, tingkat frustrasi, dan usaha kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Safety Management System (SMS) te... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Safety Management System (SMS) terhadap Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan di Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (LPPNPI) Cabang Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif di mana metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket/kuesioner, analisis SMS Gap Analysis Checklist dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS dengan sampel 22 responden serta taraf kesalahan 5% yang ditujukan kepada personel ATC di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Banjarmasin. SMS Gap Analysis Checklist diisi oleh Manajer Keselamatan, Keamanan dan Standarisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan pengaruh antara Implementasi SMS terhadap Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,786 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 62%.
