This study in the banking industry examines the influence of attitudinal loyalty on customer advo... more This study in the banking industry examines the influence of attitudinal loyalty on customer advocacy and crossbuying behavior, alongside the moderating roles of Quality of Life and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support in the CSR-fit and loyalty relationship. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) it reveals that higher attitudinal loyalty significantly boosts customer advocacy and propensity for cross-buying. The findings highlight the importance of nurturing customer loyalty through valuable and relevant offerings. Banks are advised to target customers with a high Quality of Life and engage with those who support CSR initiatives aligning with the bank's objectives, to enhance loyalty and deepen customer relationships.

Kebutuhan korporat untuk beradaptasi dan guna mendapatkan keuntungan sosial dari hubungannya dengan komunitas lokal, sebuah keuntungan sosial berupa kepercayaan (trust). CSR tentunya sangat berkaitan dengan kebudayaan perusahaan dan etika bisnis yang harus dimiliki oleh budaya perusahaan, karena untuk melaksanakan CSR diperlukan suatu budaya yang didasari oleh etika yang bersifat adaptif. CSR pada dasarnya dapat menjadi sebuah tolok ukur suatu korporat untuk menyatakan bahwa korporat tersebut melaksanakan bisnisnya secara beretika, dan ini berkaitan erat dengan definisi CSR yang mengarah pada suatu aktivitas korporat untuk bertindak legal dan beroperasi secara etis. This study employed data analysis and semi-structured interviews to examine the implementation of a CSR Programme in geo tourism. This study proposed a sustainable business model that refers to the strategic management process. In the case of the CSR Programme of PT. Bio Farma Indonesia (BFI), this has played an essential role through new ways possible to achieve economic, social and environmental success, by accommodating the creation of business growth while promoting benefits to the community through shared value creation. The implementation of the sustainable model concept by the company through adopting well thought out business processes, as well as being a part of the solution for society and the environment is commendable.

Villages play an essential strategic role in fostering a nation's economic development. However, ... more Villages play an essential strategic role in fostering a nation's economic development. However, the village is very vulnerable in managing local assets and human resources, which makes the optimization of the village economy not optimal. Entrepreneurship is one strategy used to strengthen village resilience. Village entrepreneurship may make the most of available opportunities and promote the independence and empowerment of village communities. The Local-owned Social Enterprise (VOSE) is a legal entity established to advance village welfare. VOSE is an example of rural entrepreneurship that can inspire the transformation of village capital so that it is more advantageous from an economic and financial standpoint. In addition to promoting the development of the village's physical infrastructure and improving the performance of the area's rural businesses, VOSE is also responsible for facilitating market and financial access in the village, bridging knowledge transfer from the university, supporting regional government policy, and embracing the social networks of the rural community. Due to their ability to transform the community's available resources into a resilient village through collective entrepreneurial endeavors, VOSE jobs are of the utmost importance.

However, little research has actually looked into how social capital functions and what role it plays in community development initiatives. This case study explores communities’ experiences of receiving CSR funds informing a community development program. The informants of this study were the participants of the CSR program from three communities forested by three companies’ CSR, which received reward funding from the Indonesian government. By using qualitative data collection, this study interviewed five to seven people who participated in the CSR programs or approximately 16 people. This study found five ways that social capital contributes to the success of a CSR program. As a classic and old business in Indonesia, this industry has faced and escaped from stressful situations. Nevertheless, it has showed a significant growth and considers as a potential market and contributes significant contribution to Indonesian economic. Using social constructivism approach with qualitative research method, this study exposes how social change in the batik industry occurs and create its new profile into Indonesia economy. It identified the essential supportive factors of the positive social change, the process of entrepreneurial change as well as the implication of the change into today social structure within the industry. This study also highlights a lesson learn how a revitalisation within an industry should provide stimulus efforts that affect to supply and demand side of the industry concurrently.

As a classic and old business in Indonesia, this industry has faced and escaped from stressful situations. Nevertheless, it has showed a significant growth and considers as a potential market and contributes significant contribution to Indonesian economic. Using social constructivism approach with qualitative research method, this study exposes how social change in the batik industry occurs and create its new profile into Indonesia economy. It identified the essential supportive factors of the positive social change, the process of entrepreneurial change as well as the implication of the change into today social structure within the industry. This study also highlights a lesson learn how a revitalisation within an industry should provide stimulus efforts that affect to supply and demand side of the industry concurrently.
