Hye Parker. Thanks for playing. The theme always gets me, I get an idea in my head before the Jam starts and that's what I roll with. I agree I need to work on Theme implementation better in future Jams.

Weapon choices were weighted, with the intention of them being somewhat random options but the Axe/Hammer combo is regularly shown and proves to work well on large mobs.

Very fun game, I loved the concept of programming actions. I've seen it done in a few jam now but your game made it very enjoyable, cosy and cute. The art made for a cute and lovable character you really routed for and sounds really complimented the game as well. The UI was clear and level design was well thought out. I think some rooms had a specific planned path, but I found an alternative? or maybe not idk...either way I enjoyed playing it a lot.

Thank you Ace. Appreciate the feedback. I am always working with free assets so limited to what I can do, however I do have a fantastic asset pack and plan to convert the game to this new graphics upgrade.

I got two high scores on tides and I am coming back for the top spot on all of them.

Amazing audio, made scratch for the jam. I loved it. The game was unique and after some play I began to 'feel' what I was doing ( the page was also very helpful after I played to understand). I agree a tutorial level would help players understand the game. It's an absolute banger of a game, highly rated and replayable. Bravo (standing ovation)

Ah Tatta. This is a common theme. I think the Web Browser doesn't like the amount of enemies I was throwing at it....and to think I originally planned more!. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing.

Very good strats but if you wanted another swing at the game, other weapons are much more powerful. The dagger is a Low Tier item while the Axe with upgrades is High Tier.

Hey Eoinmcg. There was plans to make a health regeneration upgrade but I ultimately cut it to focus on more weapon options. I feel the game would benefit from some more health options, maybe a shield?

Hey Happybats. Did you get the Axe or the Hammer in your run? Really OP area effect weapons once you level them up. Thanks for playing. The feedback is greatly appreciated.

Stacklands is an amazing game and this is just as amazing. I loved every second of this and want more. Currently #4 on the leader board. I ended the game on my own terms but could have easily carried on for a lot longer. This could really be the winning game, real contender for top spot. Well done.

Cute little platformer with a machine soul. Visual indicators to inform player what to do would help understand the process. Otherwise fun and enjoyable game. Well done.

Ok, well that's a clear winner. I loved it. Nailed the Theme, innovative, graphics superb and audio was engaging.

One minor note, I wish the mini games had variety but it's a same jam after all so understandable there is limits to what you can put together.

Well done. An amazing little game with clear narrative and vision.

Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing.

Hi Romualdk. Thank you for the feedback. There was a EXP bar at the bottom of the screen filling up for every level progression but this was not clear enough for you I see. I will make sure to keep it more prominent in future updates.

Thank you for stopping by Migue and giving it an honest try. I found the animations to be quite fun and goofy, giving it a light playfulness. It's not something I've done before so glad it paid off.

Thank you Limbs. VS was my inspiration, glad it comes through. Hope you like it.

I really enjoyed this one. The art caught me on the submission page, I love the black and white hand drawn style. The gameplay was simple yet engaging. I completed all achievements, a nice touch by the way. Audio was lacking, maybe some background music or scrapyard sounds would make it more immersive. Otherwise this is a banger of a game. Well done.

This was a very cute game. The UI elements were very polished, the visual cues were clear and easy to manage and the concept was well thought out.

I would love to see more, visuals of each character running about the apartment doing their chores, or even mini quick time event games for some tasks would take this game to a whole new level.

An excellent submission to the Jam which is sure to be placed high in the overall ranking. Well done.

Wow! So generous as with every other comment you've made. So glad you like it. Thanks for playing.

Thank you Nihdao. I am a huge fan of Vampire Survivors and Brotato (could you tell). Really glad you liked it. Thanks for playing.

Akisame, you are right. Some stat tracking would have been perfect and is planned in a future update. The enemy massing as the end is easy, kill more :-). Thank you for playing.

Ahh Unhinged! The max dial on anything is 11 right!. Thank you so much for playing and I do hope you return.

Cool game. I maxed out every ship upgrade and completed all achievements. I had a blast. I would like to see more to do in an update, maybe fend off roaming pirates?

Also, the fleet window resetting to top every upgrade got annoying.

Overall a really great entry to the jam. Well done.

I like the idea. The bean is funny. I could remove damaged items but didn't have currency to buy replacements? I think this has potential to be a fun game if you continue to work on it.

Nice. A space invader bullet hell kind of mash up. Pretty cool. Wonderful art, audio was incredible. Fast paced fights with little forgiveness. All done very well. A great submission.

Very good entry. I played training cos I'm scared of PvP. Nice art, controls were good, car had weight but slow turning. Overall a good entry. Well done

More fun playing this than should be allowed.

good entry. Very interesting 2.5D graphics and the perspective shift was cool. With more development this could be a great little game. Well done.

Themes can be interpreted any way you like. MACHINE....The Killing Machine. Someone unstoppable in their pursuit of murder, destruction and mayhem. Others may have gone with robots, or circuits or more literal, I was playing with the theme suggestion. I hope you liked.

Good entry into the jam. The small units were easy to avoid, collect all the scrap and boxes, then just battle the floor boss. I just ended up doing Point Blank, Nano Switch, Point Blank, Nano Switch......It got a bit repetitive. But a good attempt either way.

[EDIT I was experiencing a bug] - Am I experiencing a bug? I collect all chest items on the second stage, zip lines, My lemmings go back to the door and...nothing. I'm stuck just looking at the level.

An update on the game. I can't get my lemmings to collect all four chests, there isn't enough to collect all the treasure, no matter how I play it....good lord I am bad at these type of puzzle games...lol. Good game though. Well made, good audio, clean animations. Well done...now to master it myself.

Very clean game. I was hooked. It took a minute to understand each item, and figuring out the blueprint existed helped. Its a very well put together assembly type game. All the mechanics are there. Really well done.

Ah, The Wandering Wizard. I wondered when we would see you wander into these woods, wise wizard....Please sit down and explore the magical treasures a Vampire Survivors-like game has to offer. We bring, riches, power and most of all fame....Thanks for playing Wise One.

Hey Baan. Thanks for playing. Enemies come at you real fast and a strong selection of weapons and upgrades make a huge difference. If you did'nt get the W this time, try again. A new build will present itself and you never now, you might become the unkillable machine you were meant to be.

Well that was different. Very enjoyable, space mining with eerie vibes. I explored each world with its own unique style and each left am impression. Music was great, the mining clicking was fine one I adjusted to it. Gravity was such a nice touch, felt real, like I actually had weight. Overall an amazing entry. Well done.

Enjoyable game, even if I did overuse the demo hack (free continue) all too often. You have a solid foundation for a deeper game and I hope it continues development.

A solid entry into the jam. Once I understood the red vending machine was 1 hit, the yellow was two shot it kind of became too easy. Each enemy type was easy to avoid at distance with its attack not even triggering. I didn't feel the upgrades had a great impact on my ability to kill the enemy. I got to wave 12 - with 14 lives. I pretty much became untouchable. Overall a good attempt, more development would see it improve.

A very solid take on a PvZ game. You bring a mechanical vibe to the genre perfect for the game jam. The gameplay was slow to start but once upgrades came in the impact is felt. Overall its a great entry into the Gamedev.js Jam and really has the cogs to be developed further. Well done.

From one Rougelite fan to another I can appreciate the attempt to make a game in that arena. Balancing character progression with enemy spawns, scaling etc can be a huge hurdle. I applaud you for the honest effort. Work needs to be done on getting the balance right and I am sure you'll nail it in future updates. The art is awesome, it's a shame to be lacking even minor animations. I am in the same boat is you, I don't do art, I can't really animate but at least some jitter would help sell it more. Overall a really solid effort and worth continuing the development to a more polished state. Well done.

Right. I was upgrading like crazy but only using the base weapon. I'll run another game and see what I can work out.
