The problem comes frommanual monitoring of wastewater and the high cost of laboratory tests foreach variable for the waste. This system is intended to develop a wastewatermonitoring system considering the state of the environment and technology.This system uses 5 types of sensors to measure the quality of wastewater.The sensor will display measurement data both offline via liquid crystaldisplay (LCD) and online via the website. For the pH sensor test, weobtained an error value approximately of 1.32% and accuracy of 98.68%.For the oxidation reduction potential (ORP) sensor test, we obtained an errorvalue of 1.4% with 98.6% accuracy. We obtained an error value of 0.22%with 99.78% accuracy for the temperature sensor test. For the total dissolvedsolid (TDS) sensor test, we obtained an error value of 1.02% with 98.98%accuracy. The color sensor is validated using a spectrometer to measure thevariation of color in remazol waste concentration. For the Client - Servercommunication test, the system has a delay of 2 seconds. One of theadvantages of using a web server is the system has minimum network traffic.

Manual monitoring at Gunung Anyar's vannamei shrimp pond is timeconsuming, ineffective, and potentially harmful. In this research, we developed a real-time monitoring system for the water quality of the vannamei shrimp pond. This monitoring system is integrated with a solarbased aerator. To address this, water quality monitoring in a solar-based aerator system tracks the degree of acidity (pH), temperature, and total dissolved solids (TDS) remotely using a website and real-time mobile phone Android application with 98.57% accuracy and 1.43% error. Seven days of data revealed the degree of acidity between 6.92 and 7.34 is indicated poor conditions of the pond While the temperatures from 23.59 °C to 38.32 °C, and TDS from 628.65 to 652.34 ppm indicate the good condition of the shrimp pond. This real-time monitoring system can help vannamei shrimp farmers monitor the actual conditions of their ponds

Lamp automation is utilized to adjust the lighting in the classroom by adjusting to the level of ... more Lamp automation is utilized to adjust the lighting in the classroom by adjusting to the level of sunlight intensity outside the classroom. The light intensity will be adjusted to the utilization of lights as indicated by the need to enlighten a room. Therefore, this research aims to depict the design of a light intensity measurement system using a BH1750 sensor that will be carried out to measure the intensity of sunlight in units of light (lux). The signal from the sensor will be transmitted to a mini pc which functions to process measurement data and display it on the graphical user interface (GUI). As a result, the sensor will instruct the dimmer as an actuator to control the classroom lights according to the lighting from the sun. This system is already installed in the classroom and can save energy around 35 kWh a year.

The continuous use of boilers in the manufacture spun pile concretes company causes increased exh... more The continuous use of boilers in the manufacture spun pile concretes company causes increased exhaust gas emissions such as NOX gas from boiler combustion. In order to reduce NOX gas emission, clean water is used in the absorption process to tie the gases. The water resulting from the NOX gas binder will change color to become more concentrated which makes the water saturated in binding NOX gas. It is necessary to change the water in the tub shelter. Meanwhile the process of replacing cloudy water from tub shelter is still done manually. Therefore, in this research, a monitoring and control system for water turbidity is designed to improve the performance of the NOX gas binder. The monitoring system designed using a 16x2 LCD as a GUI will display the turbidity value on the NTU scale, while the control system designed uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and then uses a solenoid valve as an actuator to regulate the flow rate of water. Turbidity sensor type SEN-0189 is used as a water turbidity sensor and using a float switch to control the water level in the reservoir. The results show that the system is able to reduce the turbidity of the water from 250 NTU on the to 114 NTU.

Hampir 90% masyarakat Bagusari memproduksi dan menjual tempe sebagai pekerjaan utama. Kendala yang biasanya dihadapi oleh produsen tempe yaitu faktor cuaca. Proses pematangan tempe yang dipengaruhi cuaca dan suhu lingkungan berkaitan dengan proses fermentasi tempe. Produsen masih menggunakan cara konvensional pada proses fermentasi tempe, maka solusi untuk mengatasinya, yaitu dengan menggantikan cara konvensional (manual) tersebut menjadi otomatis agar suhu dan kelembapan pada proses fermentasi tetap terjaga. This research will present a monitoring system for the operational conditions of an anaerobic bioreactor through the measurement of those operational parameters based on knowledge data. The knowledge-based monitoring system is equipped with an interface for connectivity with pressure sensor, mass flow rate and methane gas content sensor, so that it can monitor the condition of the bioreactor in real time. The content of methane gas (CH4) in biogas varies depending on livestock feed and the weather aro... more The content of methane gas (CH4) in biogas varies depending on livestock feed and the weather around the bioreactor, so that it will have an impact on the heat generated in the combustion chamber of the electric generator. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the content of methane gas in biogas. The information on the content of methane gas in biogas is very useful for regulating the ratio of air supply and biogas supply in maintaining the quality of the heat produced in the combustion chamber. So that the operation of the electric generator can be maintained. The methane gas content device consists of a methane gas sensor, a data processing circuit and a personal computer equipped with a GUI (Graphical User Interface), the measurement data can be integrated with the ratio control program on a PC which also functions as a controller. So that the PC can generate a control signal to adjust the ratio of air supply and biogas supply to the biogas as a power electric generator.

Incomplete combustion process from boiler in palm oil processing industry usually discharged into... more Incomplete combustion process from boiler in palm oil processing industry usually discharged into the air in the form of black smoke due to the high water contain in the fuel of the boiler which will pollute the air. With this problem the research was conducted of designing a simulation of fuel dryer to dry out the boiler fuel before it used by utilizing the exhaust heat of the combustion system in the boiler. The simulation design of the fuel dryer is based on computational fluid dynamic (CFD) with parameters control are air velocity and heat temperature of fuel dryer. The results obtained the distribution of air velocity in the dryer has a value range of 0-40 m/s with the highest velocity occurring when hot exhaust air enters the dryer while the temperature distribution inside the dryer has a value range of 90-270 °C with the highest temperature appearing around hot air inlet exhaust and the lowest temperature appears in the hot air outlet section of the dryer.

Penjualan sederhana seperti menampilkan produk danmelakukan pemesana dengan menghubungi kontak yang dicantumkan, namun pemasaran seperti ini belum bisamenjangkau masyarakat secara keseluruhan, sehingga penulisan ini memberikan solusi belanja kebutuhan sehari-haridengan lebih mudah dengan inovasi baru yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan website yang bekerja sama denganpemilik toko kelontong. Kegunaan website tersebut bertujuan memberikan solusi promosi produk yang dijual olehpemilik toko kelontong di daerah setempat, berawal dari kondisi lingkungan di daerah bahwa masyarakat kesusahanmenjangkau tempat perbelanjaan. Website ini bisa diakses tanpa biaya pendaftaran bagi penjual yang bergabungdengan “Daily Needs” yang memberikan wadah bagi pengusaha kecil dan konsumen dengan mudah membeli sembakodengan lebih efisien dengan menggunakan website yang sudah dibuat. Penggunaan perlengkapan sekolah dalamproses belajar mengajar memiliki kemampuan untuk menimbulkan minat, motivasi dan rangsangan, sehinggamempengaruhi psikologi siswa. Pengembangan bahan ajar pada website berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi belajarsiswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan materi pembelajaranberbasis web menggunakan Wix yang telah diuji kelayakannya dan dapat digunakan sebagai perangkat yang sesuaiuntuk membantu proses pembelajaran berbasis minyak gas di WSAN kelas XI 8 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian dan pengembangan dan pengembangan, metode yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk multimediapembelajaran. Data dari penelitian diperoleh dari angket kelayakan setelah divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi,praktisi, dan umpan balik siswa terhadap media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dikumpulkan dari tim ahli dokumenterdan komunikasi, masing-masing dengan skor rata-rata ,38 (sangat positif) dengan tingkat 87,62%; ,5 (sangat bisadilakukan) pada 90,00% dan mengklaimsangat layak untuk diuji. Selanjutnya berdasarkan umpan balik dan review dari guru bidang penelitian kimia diperolehnilai rata-rata, 6 (sangat baik) dengan nilai 89,33% dan mendapat tanggapan sangat baik dari siswa siswa dengannilai siswa menjawab adalah 83,18%

The ANN polishing unit was trained and obtained the best model structure 4-24-3 with four inputs chemical oxygen demand (COD) influent, oil in water (OIW) influent, urea, and triple superphosphate (TSP), twenty-four hidden layer nodes, and three outputs (OIW effluent, COD effluent and dissolved oxygen (DO)). The mean square error (MSE) and root mean square error (RMSE) from ANN trained were 0.00485 and 0.06964, obtained by the second iteration. From the simulation results on Simulink by giving several scenarios in the logic solver condition table, the action is brought in the form of urea and TSP nutrition issued by the control valve. Lamp automation is utilized to adjust the lighting in the classroom by adjusting to the level of ... more Lamp automation is utilized to adjust the lighting in the classroom by adjusting to the level of sunlight intensity outside the classroom. The light intensity will be adjusted to the utilization of lights as indicated by the need to enlighten a room. Therefore, this research aims to depict the design of a light intensity measurement system using a BH1750 sensor that will be carried out to measure the intensity of sunlight in units of light (lux). The signal from the sensor will be transmitted to a mini pc which functions to process measurement data and display it on the graphical user interface (GUI). As a result, the sensor will instruct the dimmer as an actuator to control the classroom lights according to the lighting from the sun. This system is already installed in the classroom and can save energy around 35 kWh a year.

The continuous use of boilers in the manufacture spun pile concretes company causes increased exh... more The continuous use of boilers in the manufacture spun pile concretes company causes increased exhaust gas emissions such as NOX gas from boiler combustion. In order to reduce NOX gas emission, clean water is used in the absorption process to tie the gases. The water resulting from the NOX gas binder will change color to become more concentrated which makes the water saturated in binding NOX gas. It is necessary to change the water in the tub shelter. Meanwhile the process of replacing cloudy water from tub shelter is still done manually. Therefore, in this research, a monitoring and control system for water turbidity is designed to improve the performance of the NOX gas binder. The monitoring system designed using a 16x2 LCD as a GUI will display the turbidity value on the NTU scale, while the control system designed uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and then uses a solenoid valve as an actuator to regulate the flow rate of water. Turbidity sensor type SEN-0189 is used as a water turbidity sensor and using a float switch to control the water level in the reservoir. The results show that the system is able to reduce the turbidity of the water from 250 NTU on the to 114 NTU.

Proses pematangan tempe yang dipengaruhi cuaca dan suhu lingkungan berkaitan dengan proses fermentasi tempe. Produsen masih menggunakan cara konvensional pada proses fermentasi tempe, maka solusi untuk mengatasinya, yaitu dengan menggantikan cara konvensional (manual) tersebut menjadi otomatis agar suhu dan kelembapan pada proses fermentasi tetap terjaga. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the content of methane gas in biogas. The information on the content of methane gas in biogas is very useful for regulating the ratio of air supply and biogas supply in maintaining the quality of the heat produced in the combustion chamber. So that the operation of the electric generator can be maintained. The methane gas content device consists of a methane gas sensor, a data processing circuit and a personal computer equipped with a GUI (Graphical User Interface), the measurement data can be integrated with the ratio control program on a PC which also functions as a controller. So that the PC can generate a control signal to adjust the ratio of air supply and biogas supply to the biogas as a power electric generator.

Incomplete combustion process from boiler in palm oil processing industry usually discharged into... more Incomplete combustion process from boiler in palm oil processing industry usually discharged into the air in the form of black smoke due to the high water contain in the fuel of the boiler which will pollute the air. With this problem the research was conducted of designing a simulation of fuel dryer to dry out the boiler fuel before it used by utilizing the exhaust heat of the combustion system in the boiler. The simulation design of the fuel dryer is based on computational fluid dynamic (CFD) with parameters control are air velocity and heat temperature of fuel dryer. The results obtained the distribution of air velocity in the dryer has a value range of 0-40 m/s with the highest velocity occurring when hot exhaust air enters the dryer while the temperature distribution inside the dryer has a value range of 90-270 °C with the highest temperature appearing around hot air inlet exhaust and the lowest temperature appears in the hot air outlet section of the dryer.

Penggunaan perlengkapan sekolah dalamproses belajar mengajar memiliki kemampuan untuk menimbulkan minat, motivasi dan rangsangan, sehinggamempengaruhi psikologi siswa. Pengembangan bahan ajar pada website berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi belajarsiswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan materi pembelajaranberbasis web menggunakan Wix yang telah diuji kelayakannya dan dapat digunakan sebagai perangkat yang sesuaiuntuk membantu proses pembelajaran berbasis minyak gas di WSAN kelas XI 8 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian dan pengembangan dan pengembangan, metode yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk multimediapembelajaran. Data dari penelitian diperoleh dari angket kelayakan setelah divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi,praktisi, dan umpan balik siswa terhadap media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dikumpulkan dari tim ahli dokumenterdan komunikasi, masing-masing dengan skor rata-rata ,38 (sangat positif) dengan tingkat 87,62%; ,5 (sangat bisadilakukan) pada 90,00% dan mengklaimsangat layak untuk diuji. Selanjutnya berdasarkan umpan balik dan review dari guru bidang penelitian kimia diperolehnilai rata-rata, 6 (sangat baik) dengan nilai 89,33% dan mendapat tanggapan sangat baik dari siswa siswa dengannilai siswa menjawab adalah 83,18%

The ANN polishing unit was trained and obtained the best model structure 4-24-3 with four inputs chemical oxygen demand (COD) influent, oil in water (OIW) influent, urea, and triple superphosphate (TSP), twenty-four hidden layer nodes, and three outputs (OIW effluent, COD effluent and dissolved oxygen (DO)). The mean square error (MSE) and root mean square error (RMSE) from ANN trained were 0.00485 and 0.06964, obtained by the second iteration.
