For visualisation of the constraints and the rules of this process, the concept of the DCR graph will be used, involving elements like actors, events, constraints, scenarios etc. After the DCR graph, a BPMN model will be used, which helps reflecting on some of the key elements which are found in the DCR graph. This kind of documentation is used to show of the flow of the different business processes, and see what kind of opportunity of routes, can be seen within the process

By outsourcing most of it's development Boeing sought to “reduce the 787′s development time from six to four years and development cost from 10to10 to 10to6 billion.”. If successful, this would bring a new supply chain approach to airplane-manufacturing and lower the costs across the industry.
Research question: "What improvements can Boeing make to successfully implement a new manufacturing model for its Dreamliner 787 model?"

The problems companies are facing when they are aiming to improve existing business processes, is exactly what we experienced when we encountered GoMore. GoMore is an european sharing economy service in the personal transportation sector. Uncovering the social dynamics of proponent actors and artefacts that shape the technology, we aim to understand these biases and the politics inscribed in their development and design. By addressing the the altered perception towards the end user through artefacts and the politics of artefacts from a material hermeneutics point of view, we argue for the need for an ethical code to be established in the early days, during the technology's interpretative flexibility stage. The wide appeal it currently has for the public, strengthens this position and the need to address this issue, as the technology is already reaching the masses.
