Simply snap a picture of a pothole, litter, or other non-emergency and add a few words to describe the situation. Hit submit and the concern is sent to local government, as determined by your device’s location settings.

Freezing when uploading 3 pictures

I tried uploading 3 picture in my report a concern. Only one got uploaded and then it kept spinning. I tried uploading 2 pictures and it froze again. It did take all 3 reports with only one picture. But the only way to unfreeze the program was with the back button.

After trying 3 times I noticed I had 3 reports in the system, but I only received one email.

Back button doesn’t function!

When looking at “Concerns” the back button doesn’t always work, I’ve reported this in the past and it’s a little better but isn’t fixed.
Not sure why it can’t be fixed, maybe laziness by the software writers! It’s an inconvenience having to close the app and then rep-open.

Maybe add editing ability?

It would be nice if there was a way to edit a submission after submitting it, like to correct something or to add more photos.
