It examines GPT-3's ability to deliver accurate fatwas consistent with Muslim family law, as well as its potential to offer quicker responses compared to traditional methods, thereby making fatwas more accessible to a global audience. The research problem arises from the growing impact of AI across various fields, particularly in issuing fatwas related to Muslim family law. This technology raises critical questions about the authority, accuracy, ethical implications, and reliability of AI-generated fatwas, especially in sensitive areas such as Islamic family law. This research employs qualitative methods, information gathered from various sources such as fatwa books, journal articles, reports, conference papers, and jurisprudence academies. The paper highlights the importance of fatwa issuance, the evolution of technology's role in religious practices, the capabilities of GPT-3, and provides an overview of the historical context of fatwa issuance, traditional methodologies, the role of technology in Islamic contexts, existing research on technology’s impact on Islamic jurisprudence, and an analysis of GPT-3's applications in Islamic inheritance. It also elaborates on the research methodology and details how information and analyses were conducted for cases in Muslim family law, including marriage, divorce, and inheritance. Additionally, it addresses the consistencies and inconsistencies in fatwas issued by GPT-3 on matters of Muslim family law. The study finds that GPT-3.5 is user-friendly
and efficient in issuing fatwas related to family cases, thereby making religious rulings more accessible. However, it also reveals that GPT-3.5 has issued incorrect fatwas in family law cases, particularly in matters involving marriage, divorce, and inheritance. Consequently, the research recommends relying on fatwas from certified and reliable sources.

Methodology: It employed a qualitative methodology and rigorously examined relevant materials from a jurisprudential perspective, including textual and contextual aspects. Data for this study were sourced from various materials, including books, journal articles, reports, conference papers, and websites. Findings: The research highlights the differences between hemp and Cannabis sativa, both types of marijuana plants, distinguished by their varying levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Hemp contains less than 0.3% THC, while Marijuana can have THC levels up to 28%. Marijuana is primarily used for recreational purposes, whereas hemp has numerous industrial applications such as textiles, rope, paint, clothing, shoes, paper, bioplastics, insulation, lotions, and more. Ultimately, the ruling on marijuana use varies between forbidden (haram) and permissible (halal), depending on the intent behind its use. This is consistent with the Islamic legal principle that the determining factors influence the law. Originality: The study's findings will assist policymakers in effectively managing hemp, creating job opportunities, and significantly increasing tax revenue while implementing measures to prevent and control its use. The scientific value of this research lies in analyzing marijuana consumption from the perspective of the Sharia, which aligns with the higher objectives of Islamic law: preserving the mind and wealth.

Adultery may cause a lot of repercussions, among them sexually transmitted infections (STIs), also referred to as sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). These infections are sexually transmitted through vaginal, anal, and oral. The significance of the research emerged due to a large number of deaths emanating from HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases caused by adultery; for example, statistically, about 374 million people living with STIs and more than 1 million sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are acquired every day worldwide. A qualitative data analysis has been deployed in this study that has been gathered from a variety of sources, they include books, journal articles, reports, conference papers, and websites. The information has been analyzed through an explanatory research approach by providing scholars' opinions and their arguments on the subject matter. Most importantly, this research has established that Islam indeed has put in place some preventive measures to reduce the risk of multi-crimes occurring and their potential harmful effects on individuals and the society at large, and more so, in reference to our study including: self-accountability, lowering the gaze (by shifting away on what is illegal to look at), meet with a non-mahram woman in privacy, shaking hands with a non-mahram woman, tabarruj (make-up grooming), command women to stay at home, wear Hijab for modesty and chastity, indulge in marriage and accept polygamy, impose penalty for adulterous disobedient, among others. The disparities arose as a result of health insurance being a contemporary issue that did not exist during the legislative Islamic era, although there are many legal verses that encourage the spirit of cooperation, shared responsibility, joint indemnity, common interest, and solidarity. This article presents the historical development of Islamic insurance and its classification; and clarifies the provision and modus operandi of health insurance. Most importantly, this article finds that several perspectives exist on the provision of health insurance in Islamic law. Some argue that health insurance is haram (forbidden) because it contains riba (interest), maisir (gambling), gharar (uncertainty) and other void elements, while others argue that it is permitted in circumstances of dharurah (necessity) and if the insurance firm operates as a mutual cooperation. This article argues that the cooperative health insurance is founded on the principles of Shariah and recommends that the Muslim communities adopt this Shariahcompliant health insurance model.
