The LJ thing seems like fun though, been trying it out a couple days now, and I'm pleased to have discovered Java people! I've been programming professionally in Java for 2 years now, largely in Swing, with some CORBA and stuff thrown in. I also finally decided recently to buckle down, do a bit of studying, and Get Certified. On monday I passed the test - am now a Sun-Certified Java Programmer! I'm pleased with myself, will look nifty on paper. So I am using a Duke logo to celebrate, grins. Anyway, nice to meet everyone.
