The primary objective of this study is to analyze the frequency of publications focusing on the impact of parental sexual orientation on the process of adoption in different countries. The data required for this study was collected from the Scopus database and was analyzed using VOSviewer software. Literature published from 2000 to January 2021 were extracted and analyzed. A total of 284 documents which are classified into articles, letters, editorials, conference papers, and reviews are included in this study. Tables, charts, maps and graphs have been used for analyzing and presenting the collected data. The study exposed that the impact of homosexuality on the adoption process, particularly its impact on parental capacity and child development, is an under-researched area in many countries. Better funding and enhanced research in this area is therefore recommended.

The main objectives of the study are to determine the frequency of such publications and also to establish that inter linkages between disaster management and law have not received enough attention from the researchers. The data was collected from the Scopus database using VOSviewer software. Literatures written from 2000 to 2020 were perused. The study consisted of a total of 1649 documents which are classified into articles, letters, editorials conference papers, and reviews. Data collected is analyzed and presented using tables, charts, and graphs. The study revealed that not enough legal research is being conducted in connection with disaster management. This has also led to the under-development of the field of "disaster law". In the present pandemic crisis breeding several human disasters, it is also recommended that disaster-prone economies should fund and encourage such research.

The free market feminism heavily relies on personal freedom and pleasures and ignore the larger aim of liberation of women. The paper seeks to establish that the media and market play a vital role in diverting the attention of women movement to breaking stereotypes and do little for achieving all round women empowerment. The undue attention to stereotypes lead to rise of gender based violence. It is illustrated through a mainstream Hindi film “Kabir Singh” and an online web series “Four More Shots Please”. The paper is divided into four parts, first part summarises the free market feminism, the second part discusses gender and stereotypes, third part discusses relationship between patriarchy and media and finally the last part concludes that the discourse need to shift to real women empowerment through addressing real gender problems. Keywords: gender, stereotypes, medi...

The gendered interpretation of obscenity laws led stereotyping women body as obscene. Films have a very complex relationship with society. It depicts what is happening in the society; also it impacts the society in various ways. In this paper we endeavour to question the censorship which in the era of over the top platforms is becoming redundant as they are not subjected to censorship. We revisit the censorship debate through several case laws and how gradually the judiciary is also liberally interpreting the censorship laws and the evolution of jurisprudence is aimed towards establishing censorship as a restriction on the freedom of speech of speech and expression.

It left 483 people dead and the destruction caused was more than the annual outlay of Kerala (Economic Times:2018). It left people devastated and scarred for life. Natural disasters of such magnitude violate the principle of “inter-generational equity”. The genesis of sustainable development can be traced back to the principle of “rule of law”. It is based on the fundamental requisite of equality and absence of arbitrary powers. Environmental degradation violates rule of law because it exposes people to risk of natural disasters. Rule of Law is the harbinger of environmental governance. Secretary General of UN defined rule of law as “a principle of governance in which all persons, institutions and entities, public and private, including the State itself, are accountable to laws that are publicly promulgated, equally enforced and independently adjudicated, and which are consistent with international human rights norms ...
