Support in finding and maintaining a job
This community has been created for all of the people in this world who need that extra little push to work up the inititive to complete a resume and to begin a jobhunt. It has been created for all of us who have a job, and for those of us who would like to have a job.
Yes, I realize that this is a very vague community description, but the community itself serves many purposes.
A very brief listing of the rules (this WILL be updated if necessary):
- Posting a resume is allowed
- Any discussion about your job is allowed
- Any discussion about your job search is allowed
- If you would like to post positions that your company is hiring for (along with pertinent information such as location and a contact phone number or email address), please feel free. People helping other people is a part of the job search. If, however, you are planning on spamming this community with posts that are being crossed to more than four or five other communities, please look elsewhere. Your post will be deleted
- Motivating and helpful comments are encouraged. Rude comments will not be tolerated
- Off-topic posts will be deleted
Aside from that, I hope that everyone who joins will gain something from their membership. Whether you are looking for support, help or just a place to talk about your job, dream job, or lack thereof, this is the place for you.
When posting, please be sure to include a subject line that clearly states the topic of your post. This is exceptionally helpful when I am going through and organizing the memories of this community.
