I had promised myself that my next journal entry was not going to be bad news.  But once again.... Actually, it didn't turn out that bad.  The night before we had a huge thunderstorm, actually I slept through the whole thing, but I did have to deal with the aftermath.  Almost every house in our neighborhood who has trees in their yard had broken branches.  Our backyard, which is rather large had a lot of branches littered everywhere (thankfully our dogs didn't get hurt), I actually did see a couple of trees (not ours) that were nearly split in two.  They said that winds during the storm got to near-tropical storm strength.
