- [Breaking] Rakuten Card and Mizuho Bank announced the launch of the Mizuho Rakuten Card today at a press conference featuring Mickey Mikitani, Chairman and CEO of Rakuten Group, and Masahiro Kihara, President and Group CEO of Mizuho Financial Group. The new card is part of a broader business alliance between Rakuten and Mizuho which aims to reshape Japan’s digital payment landscape and enhance services for both retail and corporate customers.
