Hey guys. o/ My name's Zi and I'm a new member here with some fanfic! (I don't know, I figured some fic could help revive this place a little? Even if it's... kinda crack-y and takes place in early continuity since I'm not as up on what's going on these days?) I hope you guys enjoy it.
Title: Meet and Run
Rating: PG
Character(s) or Pairing(s): Tom Bronson/Maxine Hunkel, Jennifer Pierce, Courtney Whitmore
Summary: Tom and Maxine. Alone. At "the happiest place on Earth." What could go wrong? Uh, how about... everything?
Disclaimer: Absolutely none of this belongs to me, as I'm sure you guys know. ♥ DC Comics characters belong to DC Comics and Disneyland is property of Disney. I just meshed the two together for a quick fanfic.
("Contrary to popular belief... We actually have secret identities.")

Title: Good Intentions and All That
Fandom: DCU
Character(s): Grant Emerson, Courtney Whitmore, Maxine Hunkel, Todd Rice, Roy Harper, Steph Brown, Jesse Chambers, Rick Tyler
Pairing(s): Roy/Steph, Roy/Steph/Grant, implied Rick/Jesse and Rick/Jesse/???
Word Count: 3175
Genre: general/drama
Rating: PG-13/T
Notes: Pitching hitting for my DCU Remix. This for pervyficgirl! ...is it completely self-indulgent I chose the fic she wrote me for my birthday last year? XD Eh, probably. <3 This is a remix of The Road to Hell and All That. Grant's POV and expanded. Holy fuck, this got long on me. And Grant!muse is almost as ambitious as Jason! What the hell. @_@ (AKA he wanted Roy/Steph/Grant AND Rick/Jesse/Grant. No, Grant, you do NOT get two threesomes in one fic, stop that!) ALSO, first time writing the following characters: Maxine, Courtney, Todd (though, not really, but he's there), Jesse, and Rick. @_@ All written this morning. Hell. Wow, this comm is a little dead. Big JSA fic here to revive it a little? *will try to post a big batch of icons at some point too*
( Whatever lies beyond this morning is a little later on... )

Old News, but...
Interveiw with the new writer!
Spoilers, of course, in both articles.
What do people think of this? I think the upcoming plot line could be interesting, provided that it's handled right.

I've been making heroclix into jewelry and keychains for a while, and I finally set up a little store to sell them at.

AWESOME ARTWORK: by merelymine is here.
So, I've been making jewelry (and keychains) out of Heroclix. I have a few pictured here, including Damage (early Grant). Prices are listed on the post, and I take requests for certain 'clix as long as you provide a picture of which 'clix you want. So come take a look? <3 Since I took those pictures, I've added Power Girl to the collection.

Word Count: 210 words
Disclaimer: I own nothing. I make nothing. Grant, Jesse and Rick and the JSA are the property of DC Entertainment. These are works of homage and no copyright infringement is intended.
Warnings: Character Death

Note: Written for shiny_glor_chan's prompt: "Justice Society of America (comics), Grant Emerson/Jesse Chambers/Rick Tyler, healing, scars mean nothing, past" at the:
where there are lots of JSA prompts!
At ECCC this weekend, James Robinson told us he was offered a choice between writing JLA and JSA and chose the League. It was all I could do not to whine, "But, WHY?!?!?!?!" It felt like a punch to the gut.
( JSA SPOILERS FOR JLACollapse )
Also, in talking with Pete Tomasi - he fought for JSA, when it was originally proposed by Robinson and Goyer. DC didn't want to do it, since the previous two attempts had been unsuccessful. He argued for the book for months.
