Thirty national bodies took part in the November 2024 plenary held in Seoul, Korea, supported by the National Radio Research Association (NRRA), Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI). This plenary was notable for the attendance of several national bodies that typically do not participate in person.
