Mega Man Time Tangent's fourth playable character, (Power) Roll!
I wanted to do something more creative than just giving her a Buster, and I hate her stupid broom crap.
So Roll will primarily use Rush's Power Adaptor to be a melee fighter, and gain new moves from bosses, akin to Zero in the later X games.
I see her various special moves corresponding to pressing the attack button while holding up or down on the ground or in the air, or charging up and releasing while holding up or down on the ground or in the air. That is 8 moves.
I'd also love for her Vs Robot Master theme to be a Kaze Yo Tsutaete remix, something like www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7SQMz…

EDIT ON 7/14/2013 - I tweaked the picture a bit and added more to Roll's story mode.
Below is what I have of her mode's story so far. The start of the intro is sort of an abridged version of the main game intro, since people would have already seen that by the time they select Roll. It's a what-if:

THE CHRONOS INSTITUTE HAS CREATED THE ULTIMATE
TIME-CONTROLLING ROBOT, CRONOS.
THE WORLD MARVELS AT THIS AMAZING BREAKTHROUGH.
BUT THEN...
*Dr. Light's Lab*
*Everyone is standing*
*FLASH*
*Everyone but Roll and Rush are frozen in time*
*Roll is noticeably shocked and confused, looking back and fourth*
*CRONOS appears on Dr. Light's screen*
CRONOS: "ROLL! WILY HAS CAPTURED ME AND HAS FORCED ME TO FREEZE
THE ENTIRE WORLD IN TIME! YOU ARE THE WORLD'S LAST REMAINING HOPE!
HURRY, I CAN ONLY RESIST HIS REPROGRAMMING FOR SO LONG!"
ROLL: "WHAT?! BUT WHAT CAN I DO? I DON'T EVEN HAVE A WEAPON...
...
*She turns to Rush*
RUSH! I CAN USE YOU! MY BODY IS CLOSE ENOUGH TO ROCK'S THAT I
SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE AN ARMOR ADAPTOR!
BUT WHICH?
I DON'T HAVE A BUSTER CANNON, SO THAT LEAVES...
RUSH! POWER ADAPTOR!"
*Rush obeys and transform into his Power Adaptor armor, and fuses
with Roll*
*Roll falls to her hands and knees*
ROLL: "THAT FELT...WEIRD...
*She stands*
...BUT IT WORKED! I FEEL STRONG!
*she throws a punch*
*fade to image of Power Roll rushing off to save the world, her
ribbon coming undone and hair coming loose*
AS STRONG AS MEGA MAN! LET'S DO THIS!"

*Roll and Rush are standing in front of Dr. Light's
monitor, with CRONOS on screen*
ROLL: "I DID IT, CRONOS, I STOPPED ALL THE DEVICES FREEZING THE WORLD...
BUT IT DIDN'T WORK...."
CRONOS: "IT'S WILY, HE HAS..."
*The screen goes to static, then comes into focus, with Wily
replacing CRONOS now.*
DR. WILY: "...HAS NO MORE NEED FOR THEM! IF I HAD KNOWN YOU OF ALL PEOPLE WOULD CAUSE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE,
I'D HAVE FROZEN YOU FIRST! BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER NOW! ONCE CRONOS IS COMPLETELY REPROGRAMMED, THE WORLD WILL BE MINE FOR THE TAKING!
HA HA HA HA HA!"
*CRONOS returns on screen*
CRONOS: "...THAT'S RIGHT. WILY'S NEW CASTLE IS NOW THE FOCUSING
POINT FOR MY POWER, AND HE IS HARD AT WORK AT ALTOGETHER
REPROGRAMMING MY MIND. YOU MUST HURRY AND STOP HIM!
...AS WELL AS ME..."

QUINT: "ROLL...!"
ROLL: "WHO...ARE YOU?
QUINT: "IT'S BEEN SO LONG, ROLL..."
ROLL: "WHAT? WHY AREN'T YOU FROZEN?
QUINT: "THAT MACHINE ONLY WORKS ON THOSE IN THEIR OWN TIME STREAM..."
ROLL: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?"
QUINT: "ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO STOP WILY? SHOW ME!"
ROLL: "FOR SOME REASON, I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT YOU..."
*Battle start*
*Upon winning*
QUINT: "YOU ARE STRONG. HERE, TAKE SAKUGARNE, I TRUST YOU.
...GOOD LUCK, SIS."
*He teleports, leaving Sakugarne for you*
ROLL: "...SIS? I-IT COULDN'T BE..."

*Roll enters boss door. Giant Gori-Three emerges from the
shadows of the black background, materializing on screen. Wily
Boss theme begins. Its life bar fills. Before gameplay can
ensue, it is hit in the face by a diagonal shot from the top
of offscreen.
Its life bar drops to zero and it explodes, disappearing
completely. Wily Boss theme ends. Silence. Another shot from
top of offscreen comes aimed at Roll.
She dodges. Bass enters from top of screen, dropping in and not
teleporting.*
*Bass theme 1 begins.

ROLL: "WATCH WHERE YOU'RE AIMING!"
BASS: "WHY ARE YOU HERE, GIRL?"

BASS: "GO HOME, AND LEAVE THE FIGHTING TO ME!"
ROLL: "MAKE ME, YOU SELFISH JERK!"
BASS: "ANY FIGHT IS FINE BY ME! BUT YOU BETTER MAKE IT WORTHWHILE!
*Battle start*
*Upon reducing Bass' life bar to one, his theme stops and both
return to opposite sides of screen.*
*Bass theme 2 begins.

BASS: "THIS ISN'T OVER! TREBLE!"
*Treble teleports in and the two merge into Super Bass.
Bass' Health Bar is restored.*

Both return to sides of room, Bass on ground injured.*
BASS: "...I-IMPOSSIBLE!"
ROLL: "I'M FIGHTING TO SAVE EVERYONE! YOU'RE JUST FIGHTING FOR SELFISH, PETTY REASONS!
MAYBE IF IT WEREN'T FOR THAT, YOU'D BE AS STRONG AS MEGA MAN, LIKE ME!"
BASS: "..."
*Bass teleports away*
*Victory fanfare*
