well I did it ! AND it was fun ... I think it will be good and I am hoping to have some company :D
now lets hope my body won't be too sore tomorrow :P

I'm not sure whether I'm putting on weight because I'm down or I'm down because all my weight's coming back.

I'm terrified of what's going to happen this winter, when I barely walk and eat for five.

I guess I'll start with not drinking beer at home, and see if it helps. Baby steps?

it was an ok day ...
food-intake:
1 coffee(venti size drank thu a straw )
1 banana
1 cran/orange scone
piece of left over chicken and 1/2 a baked sweet potato
frozen pasta dinner
4 maple cookies
2 l of water
until domani

here I go again ...
it was a great weekend ...I ate like a cow :)
I cooked dinner tonight
I bought a cooked chicken at Loblaws...
so we ate:
chicken and gravy,mixed veggies (broccoli ,cauliflower,carrots)
baked sweet potatoes
and 4 maples cookies
1 coffee this morning and banana
and 2L of water
that's my story and I'm sticking to it
see ya tomorrow ...

1 slice of toast no cheese
a few baquette things with slice tomato
chicken soup

cals burned on elliptical machine = 500.

have not posted in a few days so here i go...

breakfast:
-hardboiled egg,(gave hald of the yellow part to the dog)

lunch:
-bowl of oatmeal

supper:
vegetable soup.

-oatmeal

lunch:
-banana

supper:
-piece of pizza(store pizza)
-salade
- a few fries (store fries)

snack:
soup broth

i've decided to increase the excersice to like double the usualy amount.
