Okay, so, it's Tuesday, ten-thirty in the morning. My house is almost completely silent when I'm not typing; I like it that way a lot of the time.

Hello everyone..

This is the reopening of justmakingnoise so let's make some.

Since the new year just started, let's talk about plans/resolutions/goals

or anything else you want.

The productive part of me thinks I should working on overtime or write an article or something.

The lazy part of me wants to go curl up in bed and read for the evening.

What do I do???

What sucks?

There's a show called 'Coming Home' which will be out soon that looks like it's all about reuniting soldiers with their families as a surprise. I like the idea, but omg I would cry a ridiculous amount if I watched it.

If you're not watching Face Off on SciFi, you should. It's all about movie makeup artists which is actually pretty damn cool to watch.

So feel free to comment about TV...and if you'd like to make a post, you can do that too.

Ok, so my husband and I just started having a competition when it comes to household chores. For the last 2 weeks I have SPANKED his butt at cleaning up the house. Despite the fact, I might add, that he told me I would never win against him. OH WHAT WAS THAT? OH YEAH... SURE.

So anyway, whomever wins each week gets to choose what movie to go to and where to eat dinner on date night. Sadly, we have yet to have a freaking date night (that's another story completely), but I've already picked my dinner and movie for one of my weeks.

I have another week of something to plan. So what do you guys suggest? It has to be fairly inexpensive. Bonus points if it makes him somewhat miserable while doing it - since he claims to need the motivation to win against me.

On a similar note, why is it that when I let him win the first week (no really, I did, I just sat around and watched him sweep and mop and stuff) we IMMEDIATELY went out and did what he wanted to do with his prize, but we're now starting the 4th week of this and I'm already backlogged 2 weeks worth of winnings? No fair. :-/
