Yeah... Hey. I just joined and decided to try my hand at writing a KankuTen, I have written stories with KankuTen before, just never with it as the focus with no other distractions. It's only short and is has more to do with Kankurou's character then KankuTen but I decided to add a contribution none the less.

Original Series: Naruto/Naruto Shippuuden.
Story Title: The Middle Child.
Summary: He made it a habit to remember names, merely because his was quite often forgotten.
Pairing/s: Hints at KankuTen or simply a basis for KankuTen in the future.
Word Count: 367.

There's a time in every persons life where they decide their next path. The first half of life is long since gone leaving them stranded and confused. What do they do with themselves now that the fun and games are over? Do they have their act together enough to take the next step and not plunge under when there's no nest to fall back in? That leap is a risky one for those that have adulthood on the horizon. For some, it's long since gone and past; already set sail on this messy voyage we call life. Some are virgin to that sweet air of maturity and have yet to meet that vengeance that comes on full throttle when bad decisions are made. It's called growing up. With it comes issues of many sizes. Conflicts, joy, agony, and love. It's where people find themselves. Make themselves. And plant a mark for all to know that they were there. That they grew and left that child they once were behind. This is where real life begins and childhood is left long behind. This is the last stretch.

Holy WOW...

One of these days, I SWEAR, I WILL COME BEARING A good DOUJINSHI rec! Or a fanart...if I don't become a slacker over the holidays!

Wheee, so it's near Christmas, y'all! How are you doing?

I decided to go do a little browsing in the DeviantArt website, and low and behold, I was happy to see that 165 results poked me in the face~! I remember the times when it was so small... Anyway, I tried to find things I weren't so sure were discovered yet, but unfortunately, I'm a harsh critc of works. One, a doujin, I let slide...because the concept was likable.

And then, I tried to dig up on google what I could find.

MY FINDINGS WERE:

I find the concept of a valentine's date appealing...

Comments: I think it's just a matter of opinion, but during which Kankuro points his hand at Shino with the chakra strings, I find myself thinking, "Kankuro looks way cooler than Neji right now, even though we're on Shippuden now..." XD lol. But, really, the song is nice, and while the clips have been overused with time (hinthint, KankuTen fans), it's good. I like it. I really do.

Duuuuuude. This is CRAZY. While there are much much love in KankuTen, it's near impossible to find anything~! The only thing I like about this was the AMV... -_-;;;
