They implant morality and righteousness into the students so that they are considered to be essential for educating Muslim children to be endowed with faithfulness and righteousness. This research paper investigates one of the advantageous aspects of the Holy Quran Memorization Colloquia which is the scientific impact of teaching the Noor Set of Rules in the Holy Quran Memorization Colloquia. This set of rules is one of the fundamental courses that help the students to recite the Holy Quran properly. It helps them to learn the alphabets, compound words and the correct way of articulation. The research paper includes also a questionnaire about the level of success of teaching such set of rules to the Holy Quran Memorization students in the Model School of Jabal Al-Noor in Makah. It takes into consideration the opinions of the students’ parents too.

In recent times there has been a growing trend for more information and knowledge to enhance lear... more In recent times there has been a growing trend for more information and knowledge to enhance learning based on cognitive load theory with increased use of Educational Technology based on Web ICT with online education resources. There are also various instructional and expert models being developed for the adaptive e-learning mechanisms as required for effective learning based on Genetic, Neural Networks, Swarm Intelligence and other Bio inspired algorithms or Evolutionary algorithms. Computational Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence has also established new paradigms for Learning Systems in creating virtual class rooms in the physical absence of tutors. It is also possible to create virtual labs on which students that are registered can carry out their experiments from remote with Interactive Intelligent Tutoring Systems. The current paper will develop a problem model using Markov Chain and greedy algorithms for Tutor or Instructor-Student interactive model for virtual labs and virtual class rooms which will be built on the Deep Belief Network architecture as a novel approach for state-of-art courses related to Energy and Wireless Communication for Higher Education proposed as part of Inter University Research Groups. Further, a Bio inspired Differential Evolution algorithm will be deployed for the virtual labs and virtual class rooms to meet the specific learning requirements for the Instructor-Student interactions specific to this E-learning platform. The proposed study will help improve the learning environment to stimulate creativity and innovation as envisaged by the Ministry of Education under the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 and will help in moving towards creating an international benchmark for deploying innovative E-learning mechanisms for Higher Education.

This approach would contribute to shifting away from social systems tradition and their large-scale problems of social speculation to problems which can be studied by systematic research. Attacks in the Cloud have more catastrophic and destructive impact on the organizations than the user might expect. As attacks are constantly evolving and making it difficult to defend. Most of the organization will try to check their devices in the cloud to protect against viruses with traditional security measures like antiviruses, or firewall thinking it secures across different attacks, but with a wide range of change in attack pattern organizations have exposed to significant operational and business consequences, not to mention public embarrassment. In this paper, we conducted the survey on DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks research work and analyzed prevention and detection methods used for DDOS attacks in the cloud. We found that there is a good amount of research scope in detecting and preventing slow client application layer attacks in the cloud.

This paper introduces a lightweight wideband planar antenna with an antenna array configuration f... more This paper introduces a lightweight wideband planar antenna with an antenna array configuration for microwave head imaging. The designed antenna is composed of a double hollow rectangular‐shaped patch and with the slotted ground. Its measurements are small: 0.28λ × 0.24λ × 0.006λ, where λ is the lowest operating frequency's wavelength. The design process has been completed using CST and then fine‐tune the parameters of the architecture structure to accomplish the ideal bandwidth. The antenna is manufactured and measured in order to test antenna properties. The prototype was being used for brain screening than with the Hugo‐head model. With adequate impedance matching, the antenna meets an operational bandwidth of 1.82 GHz (1.22–3.04 GHz) with an overall peak gain of 5 dBi with a stable radiation property. Fidelity factors both for face‐to‐face and side by side alignment are 92.7% and 83.75%, respectively, indicating that the antenna had a little signal interruption. To determine the backscattered signals of the antenna with Hugo‐head phantom, a nine‐antenna array‐based setup is assumed, with one antenna serving as a transmitter and the remaining eight receiving the dispersed signals.

E-governance is an evolution method of governance which advocates for better governments that are... more E-governance is an evolution method of governance which advocates for better governments that are participative, transparent and all-inclusive. These models of digital governments are still evolving in the developing countries. Egovernance is based on intrinsic characteristics of ICT like enabling similar access to data for everyone who is a part and parcel of the digital network platform and connecting all sources of information across the entire digital network domain. In e-governance, information is not retained in a particular node but flows uniformly to all the nodes in the entire network [2]. E-governance does not implant the ordinary procedure of data flow that enhances the uneven flow of information and therefore distorted power control in the government. E-Governance as I have said is an evolutional move for better governments which are efficient, in the implementation of some new trends in governance models. However, E-Governance is not implemented well yet since there are several barriers to its full implementation. In fact, this method of governance has not yet been learned by many people as compared to eLearning and eCommerce. Unlike this two, common e-technology, e-governance needs to be practical. One major difference between e-governance to eLearning and eCommerce is that e-Governance entails knowledge management whereas the duo involves information management. With the maturity of electronic science (e-science) the scientific applications are growing to be... more With the maturity of electronic science (e-science) the scientific applications are growing to be more complex composed of a set of coordinating tasks with complex dependencies among them referred to as workflows. For optimized execution of workflows in the Grid, the high level middleware services (like task scheduler, resource broker, performance steering service etc.) need in-advance estimates of workflow execution times. However, modeling and predicting workflow execution time in the Grid is complex due to several tasks in a workflow, their distributed execution on multiple heterogeneous Grid-sites, and dynamic behaviour of the shared Grid resources. In this paper, we describe a novel method based on radial basis function neural network to model and predict workflow execution time in the Grid. We model workflows execution time in terms of attributes describing workflow structure and execution runtime information. To further refine our models, we employ principle component analysis to eliminate attributes of lesser importance.
