| | If I want to get on the Wi-Fi connection, I have to go to McDonald's or Player's house... And seeing as McDonald's expects you to buy things when you're there, it makes it kinda difficult to go there to connect... Grr.Besides that, the only Wi-Fi compatable game I have is Metroid Prime Hunters, of which I'm not very good at. I got it mostly for the fact that it was something that all my friends had and/or were getting, so that we could all have at least one game to play together. So if you ever see me on there, it's a rare occurance. The game is tremendously fun on the multiplayer side, but the adventure mode bores me to death, so even when I'm by myself, I'll play against bots on the multiplayer just to be able to play the game.I'm actually contemplating getting Animal Crossing: Wild World. It'd be awesome if you could chat over the Wi-Fi, but I guess that's what Animal Crossing is for, huh? So yeah, I'll probably be buying the used copy from GameStop... Of course, then I had a scaredy-dog who was afraid of almost everything, so I can't complain too much. All three two of our operating McDonald's (one is being rebuilt after it burned down) are set up as Wi-Fi hotspots. And they're on the Nintendo Wi-Fi as well! Free access to the 'net if you have a wireless card for your laptop (or have a laptop at all... *sigh*), and access to the Wi-Fi network on the DS if you have games that are set up for Wi-Fi.From the roleplayer standpoint, two cities' Pizza Huts will allow you to bring in RPG groups during slower hours (so don't go rushing in during lunch or anything if you intend on staying long) and actually spend time playing, so long as everyone makes a purchase. Now, how many gamers do you know that wouldn't be willing to split the bill on pizza? Yeah, that's what I thought. ;)Yeah. This is just a fluff post because I had nothing else to do. Ta!Mood:bored 1. Intro!_Yeah... I hate doing these things. But whatever works, right? Currently, that's not much on my end. I can't log into MSN Messenger, my disc drives aren't wanting to read the CDs I'm putting in them, and I can't get to my LJ icons that I made due to that because they're on the discs and not the hard drive yet... This journal is for all things games. Console and computer games, tabletop games, live-action... Whatever I happen to play, I will post about.Also, I will try to keep posts clean.
