Kelsey Lahr is a writer and professor residing in North Carolina. She worked as a seasonal park ranger in Yosemite National Park for twelve summers before moving east. Her writing about life in Yosemite has appeared in Slate, Gold Man Review, Green Briar Review, Saint Katherine Review, and elsewhere. She has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize as well as inclusion in America’s Best Science and Nature Writing series.
