Just an FYI, any heroes in the city are allowed to "make a big deal" over the tornado. In the end, it won't do TOO much damage...
I'm looking for a Weather Wizard/Kid Flash/Flash scene here to get the ball moving. But should any other heroes want to try and tangle with Mardon, just know they're not gunna leave without a few scratches and a message for a certain set of speedsters. >:)
This could get kinda fun.
