The object of this study is the process of cooking blended pureed mass based on apple, Jerusalem ... more The object of this study is the process of cooking blended pureed mass based on apple, Jerusalem artichoke, cranberry, and hawthorn in an improved vacuum evaporation apparatus with a unified stirrer for the production of paste-like semi-finished products with a high degree of readiness. Conventional devices for cooking are associated with intermediate heat carriers, significant energy and metal consumption, the difficulty of stabilizing the temperature field under the conditions of a significant duration of the process, which prevents ensuring mobility, resource efficiency, and reducing the quality of resulting products. This led to the improvement of the vacuum evaporator by replacing the steam jacket with a film-like resistive electric heater of the radiating type, with the simultaneous use of a unified stirrer to increase the useful heat exchange surface by 0.6 m2. сьогоденних особливостей розвитку людського капіталу, як основи інноваційного розвитку сучасного ... more сьогоденних особливостей розвитку людського капіталу, як основи інноваційного розвитку сучасного аграрного підприємства. Методика. При проведенні дослідження було використано методи порівняльного аналізу, системно-структурний, узагальнення, економіко-статистичний, абстрактнологічний, монографічний, методи аналізу та синтезу. Результати. Людський капітал виступає одним з найголовніших ресурсів сучасного аграрного підприємства. Однак на сьогодні спостерігається зменшення штатної чисельності працівників зайнятих в сільському господарстві, так зменшення склало 59 тис. осіб у 2020 році в порівняння з 2015 роком, що у відсотковому відношенні склало 14.1%. Середній рівень заробітної плати в сільському господарстві хоч і знаходиться на рівні середнього штатного працівника в Україні, однак її рівень залишається дуже низьким, та не цікавим для молодих спеціалістів. Так середня заробітна плата працівника сільського господарства на січень 2021 ріку склала 12733 грн/міс. Представлені зміни в структурі зайнятості сільськогосподарських товаровиробників, які можуть відбутись при впровадженні цифровізації, нових технологій, техніки та інструментів. Опитування сільськогосподарських підприємств показало, що при впровадженні цифровізації у виробничий процес відбудеться зменшення кількості персоналу, так вважають 39,2% підприємств рослинницького напряму, тваринницького напряму-60,5% підприємств, а по змішаному виробництву-44,2%, з опитуваних підприємств. Результати опитування прогнозують вивільнення 1%-10% працівників в сільському господарстві. Практична значимість. Проведені дослідження та їх аналіз виявляють необхідність у формування ефективного людського капіталу. Він може бути сформований лише у направлених та сукупних діях як підприємств так і держави, враховуючи сучасні потреби людського капіталу. Наукова новизна. Виявлення потреби сучасних аграрних підприємств в появі нових професій, тенденції в зміні існуючих, що супроводжується можливим скороченням штатної чисельності працівників підприємства, або необхідністю перепідготовки та підвищенням кваліфікації існуючого персоналу та залученням спеціалістів з новими сьогоденними навичками та кваліфікацією-що сприятиме інноваційному розвитку сучасних підприємств.

The article considers the issues devoted to the methodology of scientific research in the field o... more The article considers the issues devoted to the methodology of scientific research in the field of management and the rationale for their effective implementation. The problems of finding modern criteria for determining the effectiveness of research taking into account the interests of national development in the face of growing challenges of globalization are considered. In particular, the concept of “research efficiency”, which occupies in modern conditions one of the most important characteristics of the quality of work performed has been studied. The properties of the concept «effect of scientific research» are systematized with the selection of the type of research, such as fundamental, applied and experimental, on the basis of a set of systematized scientific, economic and social results. The quantitative expression of productivity of social labor which is reflected through set of indicators of economic efficiency of production is considered. The list of indicators of economic efficiency of production to assess the productivity of social labor are given, which allowed to determine the requirement for assessing the economic efficiency of the enterprise based on the purpose of using the obtained analysis data and the principles of optimal use of indicators. Resource, target and system approaches to determining the effectiveness of activities are identified and analyzed. The description of characteristics of factors and signs of scientific efficiency of GDR with detailing of normative coefficient of significance of factor and definition of coefficient of the reached level depending on the level of scientific efficiency is proposed. The issue of improving the efficiency of activities is one of the main places in the management of the operation and development of enterprises of various forms of ownership and size. From the quality of management decisions depends on their financial stability, the formation of its competitiveness, the ability to function stably in a market environment and opportunities for development. Introduction The economic crisis and political instability in Ukraine have harmed all sectors of the domestic economy, leading to a decrease in macro-and micro-indicators, a decline in economic development, and a deterioration in the social and environmental situation. Today, many companies in various sectors of the economy have stopped or limited their activities and are on the verge of survival. Due to historical traditions and climatic conditions, the agro-industrial sector remains one of the largest. At the same time, medium and small agro-industrial enterprises are not able to provide the population of Ukraine with quality and inexpensive domestic food products in the required volumes. The basis for sustainable economic development, as shown by the calculations of individual indicators of production efficiency, can only be large agro-industrial integration associations that can ensure food security. At the beginning of the XXI century in Ukraine, new agro-industrial structures of the holding type began to form, and a phenomenon such as clusters reflecting the integration which processes are taken place in the agro-industrial sector emerged. Political, economic, and institutional changes in recent years in the country have contributed to the creation of conditions and given impetus to the revival, formation, and development of integrated agro-industrial formations. Legislatively and organizationally these processes have not been regulated yet. For the functioning of different types of integrated agro-industrial formations with the effective operation of small and medium-sized agribusiness requires the creation of a stable external and internal environment. That is, it is advisable to create and support the proportional development of all types of enterprises and formations in agriculture, understanding the essence of the basic concepts that characterize the processes taking place. The problem of agro-industrial integration remains underdeveloped, despite many scientific studies on this topic. The article aims to study the features of agro-industrial integration, which becomes particularly relevant as the basis of the system and security mechanisms, and on this basis to create its model in the transformation of Ukraine's economy taking into account factors and motives, levels of formation, participants, and ways of creating integration formations.

A SWOT-analysis of agricultural enterprises in the Donetsk region was conducted, the strengths and weaknesses of the internal and external environment that directly affect their activities were identified. Based on the study, it is concluded that the application of a cluster approach can be an effective means of increasing the competitiveness, innovation, and investment attractiveness of agribusiness. Introduction The economic crisis and political instability in Ukraine have harmed all sectors of the domestic economy, leading to a decrease in macro-and micro-indicators, a decline in economic development, and a deterioration in the social and environmental situation. Today, many companies in various sectors of the economy have stopped or limited their activities and are on the verge of survival. Due to historical traditions and climatic conditions, the agro-industrial sector remains one of the largest. At the same time, medium and small agro-industrial enterprises are not able to provide the population of Ukraine with quality and inexpensive domestic food products in the required volumes. The basis for sustainable economic development, as shown by the calculations of individual indicators of production efficiency, can only be large agro-industrial integration associations that can ensure food security. At the beginning of the XXI century in Ukraine, new agro-industrial structures of the holding type began to form, and a phenomenon such as clusters reflecting the integration which processes are taken place in the agro-industrial sector emerged. Political, economic, and institutional changes in recent years in the country have contributed to the creation of conditions and given impetus to the revival, formation, and development of integrated agro-industrial formations. Legislatively and organizationally these processes have not been regulated yet. For the functioning of different types of integrated agro-industrial formations with the effective operation of small and medium-sized agribusiness requires the creation of a stable external and internal environment. That is, it is advisable to create and support the proportional development of all types of enterprises and formations in agriculture, understanding the essence of the basic concepts that characterize the processes taking place. The problem of agro-industrial integration remains underdeveloped, despite many scientific studies on this topic. The article aims to study the features of agro-industrial integration, which becomes particularly relevant as the basis of the system and security mechanisms, and on this basis to create its model in the transformation of Ukraine's economy taking into account factors and motives, levels of formation, participants, and ways of creating integration formations.
