speaking of justin bond stalking..

I saw him Sunday night at the Knitting Factory. he was so into the music that he came to the front (in front of my girlfriend) and sat on the floor. Between songs, I went to him and said, "Omg you are justin bond and I love you. Do you want me chair?" He said something like "oh no, i'm fine." and I said, "ok, but I love you!"

I saw him last week too hosting Weimar New York. It was my birthday and I wanted to go to him and say, it's my birthday, give me a hug. but I was too scared.

The funny thing is... I've got friends who've had many drunken nights with him, i just feel in awe.

And last night, I saw him sing "in the end" at the Shortbus NY Premiere After Party. :)

I wish I could better stalk Kenny Mellman. I keep seeing men that look like him, but I think that he's not currently in new york. anyone know his whereabouts?

Sorry for cross posting....but...

My hugely talented friend Dawn Right Nasty has produced a wonderful publication she calls - Tranny Hag the Mini-Zine! She goes on to describe it as '24 pages of lovingly created drag and tranny gubbins all compiled for your reading pleasure.'

I should point out that Dawn is Justin Bond's Number 1 stalker here in the UK. She stalked him enough to call him a friend now. So if he every goes missing we'll know to search under her floorboards first.

There is one terribly moving piece of writing by a stunningly handsome bespectacled man who has a penchant for bunny ears, which is all about Grey Gardens.

The Mini-Zine will be launched at the House of Homosexual Culture Autumn Fayre on Saturday 30th in London, so make sure you can find time to come along, I'll be there supporting my red haired lezza friend.

If you can't make it you can pre-order your copy now by clicking on the oh-so-subtle link here. You'll get a super-dooper free Tranny Hag badge whichever method you choose!

The premiere of "Shortbus" is fast approaching and I'm quite excited for it! I was blessed enough to be an extra in the film and got to see some amazing scenes and I also was blessed enough to see an advance screening of the film with my lovely co-moderator. :)

The official movie website is up, at shortbusthemovie.com which now has the trailer and uncensored trailer! Ifilm also has the trailers, as well as a quick search over at Youtube. There's also some teaser clips from the movie here, one of them features Justin.

I can not say enough good about the film. It's groundbreaking, hilarious, heartbreaking, relatable... it's an ultimate celebration of New York City, bohemia and hope through the darkness.

Here's some release dates:
Sept 10 - North American Premiere, Toronto Film Festival
Oct 4 - New York release
Oct 6 - LA and SF release
Oct 13 through Nov - expanding across North America

& Here's some picture!spam! of Justin in the film:

I was talking about Kiki & Herb to my coworker who's awesome, but she's pretty straight laced. I think she'd blush 200x watching Kiki & Herb, but she liked the message.

Since I'm not sure if I'm laughing or crying half the time while I'm listening to Kiki... I was hoping those in the community could help me sum up the message(s) of Kiki & Herb. If anything, it just helps to have a knowing audience to write to....

ok that's all i got right now.

ps. justin bond plays himself in shortbus, the movie's coming out in october, check out the myspace page.
