Range of factors has been identified through this study. This study discusses promoting factors which were obtained from the participating students. Promoting factors and its corresponding promoted skills have been explained in the study along with its magnitude. The promoting factors are taking up responsibility, self interest, participating in sports, college education system, reading books, being confident, joint family system, participation in stage programmes, group experiences, family economic conditions, involvement and commitment, industrial interactions, participating in co-curricular activities, peer influences and supports, writing habit, parents' guidance, participation in educational tours, facilities at home, leading activities, facilities available at college, creative tendency, special training, observation of events.

Human rights education is an education that empowers individuals, groups and communities to have respectful life on the earth. This particular study focuses on the students who study human rights. The objectives of the study are, (a) to find out the purpose of studying human rights subject, (b) to examine the levels of knowledge and practice of human rights, and (c) to suggest better practice of human rights among the students. Findings and suggestions of the study may be useful for the agencies which work on human rights. The study also provides suggestions to educational institutions to enhance and popularize the human rights education among students. Index Terms— Human rights, human rights education, levels of knowledge, and levels of practice. I. INTRODUCTION Education is a process of learning or gaining knowledge, skills, values, belief and habits. It facilitates a person to become a good citizen. It is a lifelong process of learning. It fulfills the intellectual need of human being. Education on human rights is need of the hour. Every day, there is news of violation on human being. It is for many reasons such as money, power, property, religion, caste, etc., every human being has right to live on this earth. Human being does not have any right to disturb the lives of others. To ensure this situation, there is a need for education on human rights. This particular paper attempts to know the implications of human rights education among the students who study human rights as one of their subjects. The study discusses two parts which are (a) knowledge and (b) practice. Knowledge part deals how far the students aware about human rights and the practice part deals how far they are practice their knowledge on human rights in their day-today life. The study carried out in the district of Vellore of Tamil Nadu State of India. In brief, the findings of this study could help to know how far the knowledge is being applied to protect the human lives.

It is important because it enables trade between people and it is essential for the development of civilizations. This particular paper discusses the transportation problem of a Town namely 'Tirupattur'. It is located in the district of Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. The study discusses history, geography, regional identity, population, and transportation problem of the town. The study also proposes possible solutions to the transportation problem. The proposing solutions are restriction of heavy vehicles, redesigning of bus stand, parking restrictions, limiting the operation of share autos within the town, effective implementation of sewage scheme, traffic signals, traffic police, and flyover. These solutions could help the town in fostering traffic regulation with improved conditions.

This study helps to understand adolescence and peer group; to know why peer group is needed; to understand the different status of peer; to know the functions of peer group: peer group for socialization, peer group for identity formation, peer group on behavior, peer group on morality, peer group on social cognition and peer group on emotion; and to understand positive and negative peer relations. It also describes that in which dimensions, the respondents have better quality life and in which dimensions, they have poor quality life. It is the unique contribution of this study to the existing body of knowledge on quality of life. This study focused on the employability skills of students who pursue degree in management studie... more This study focused on the employability skills of students who pursue degree in management studies from rural colleges located in Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. The study attempted to understand the various levels of skills for employability with special reference to rural colleges. The data were collected from 140 MBA students of arts and science and engineering colleges in the study area using questionnaire with five point grading scale. It was noted that 50% of the respondents had high level of employability skills and there was no significant variation in employability skills based on gender and first generation learners among the respondents. The findings of the study may be useful to the authorities of higher educational institutions, governments and skill development agencies to design an activity or programme to improve the levels of employability skills of the rural MBA students.
