And now, presenting the Kit Kat Girls!
cheeky_rosie -- Rosie is so called because of the color of her cheeks.
Lulu! -- so, you like Lulu, eh? Well too bad, so does Rosie.
Frenchie! -- I like to order razors_n_roses on the side, mm-hmm! On your side, Frenchie! (Just kidding.)
Texas -- yes, Texas is from America. But she's a very cunning linguist!
Fritzie! -- oh hot_lil_fingers would you stop that? Already we have lost two waiters, a table, and three bottles of champagne with you carrying on like that!
little_helga -- Helga is the baby. I am like a father to her, mm-hmm! So when she's bad... I spank her. And she is very very very very very bad.

Other characters from the musical:
Clifford Bradshaw -- American writer who arrives in Berlin to break a stubborn writer's block; finds a fabulous source of stimulation in Sally Bowles. He arrives in Berlin New Year's Eve, 1931; but anyone who wishes to play Cliff is welcome to come in early with his life leading up to his trip to Germany.
hauswirtin -- Fraulein Schneider runs a boarding house in the area; many of us rely on her for roofs and floors.
freudenmadchen -- Fraulein Kost is a hooker living in Fraulein Schneider's boarding house, primarily catering to sailors (although now she's found true love in loves_ghost)
Herr Schultz -- a Jewish greengrocer (special attention to fruits), in love with Fraulein Schneider; boards in her apartments

Also welcome are members of the Kit Kat Band! (As you can see, we're in need of a few good musicians.)
call_me_frankie is master -- or is it mistress? -- of drums
uptown_jazzbo is our bass player and resident Yankee tomcat
witchy_music will regale you with a shanty on her accordion
libertinium, our cheeky English boy, plays violin
glassjazz13 sings like a blackbird and dances like a gazelle

Or, if you're searching for something really different, stop by _o_philia's table and complement her shoes. I would avoid mrs_blythe altogether, unless you like them rich and bitchy.

We still crave regulars, landlords, ladies of the night, and other inhabitants of Berlin's finest cabaret. No Nazis, though, please -- they're frightfully boorish. Show up at least once a week and everybody's happy; if you go an absurdly long time without posting before notifying me, you'll be asked if you wish to open up your character to someone else.

Still here? _Maaaar_velous. E-mail the Emcee with your character request, a profile, and a brief or rambly biography of sorts. I want this to be a well-written RPG -- lively, believable, and gritty; but also without painful spelling and grammar. Not interested so much in lavish descriptions of orgies as human interaction. No knowledge of the German language necessary.

After you've been approved you may create a journal for your character and you'll be added to the Klub.
