Nowadays, in addition to the hard skills like academic knowledge of new graduates, other soft ski... more Nowadays, in addition to the hard skills like academic knowledge of new graduates, other soft skills of management such as Career Maturity (CM), Information-Seeking Behavior (ISB), Entrepreneurial Efficacy (EE), Problem-Solving Skills (PSS), and Managerial Skills (MS) are also required by the company owner as they will be useful in real-life work management. The objectives of this study are: 1) to investigate the current competencies of CM, ISB, EE, PSS, and MS of undergraduate students in Thailand, 2) to investigate the different competencies of CM, ISB, EE, PSS, and MS across different gender, faculties, and grade levels. This study uses an online questionnaire to collect data from 569 undergraduate students from Thailand. The result shows that the reliability of the data collecting tool is acceptable (Cronbach’s alpha was at 0.87) and the current findings further reveal that the total competencies of CM, ISB, and MS are different by gender but on the other way, total competencies...

This pilot study aimed to 1) investigate the current competencies of CM, PS, and MS of undergraduate students, 2) compare current competencies of CM, PS, and MS across different gender and faculties, and 3) compare the differences in grade levels on currents competencies of CM, PS, and MS of undergraduate students. The sample of this pilot study included 164 undergraduate students from Thailand. The objectives of this study were to surveyed the behavior of using the ICT which affected to the... more The objectives of this study were to surveyed the behavior of using the ICT which affected to the satisfaction of students towards the used of the ICT services in KMUTT and studied the undergraduate students' satisfaction with the used of the ICT services system of KMUTT for undergraduate students in different faculties and years. Nowadays, information technology services in a university has played so many roles in students' daily lives because most of their period of time is in their university whether they done some research or learned new things. This study's result could be part that used to develop the information technology services to better suit the needs of students, which may also affect to student' s learning through the use of these service, too. The results were analyzed by SPSS using SERVQUAL model for the online questionnaire, participant were 529 of undergraduate students in KMUTT, results have 6 parts following by : 1) Demographic information of respondents, 2) General behavior for using ICT services, 3) Frequency of usage in ICT services, 4) Levels of satisfaction of ICT services in KMUTT, 5) Undergraduate students in different years' levels or different faculties correlates with the satisfaction of students towards the use of ICT services and 6) Undergraduate students in different years' level have different levels of satisfaction with ICT services. From this study, the researcher found that there was a negative correlation between students in different years' levels and satisfaction of students towards the use of ICT services but students in different faculty have no correlation with the satisfaction of students towards the use of ICT services.
