This study aims to identify the factors that influences consumers’ intention to shop through e-commerce platforms. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses a survey method to collect data from online shoppers in the 11-24 age range. The research model includes shopping orientation as a mediating variable. The data analysis reveals that perceived enjoyment, social norms, social presence, and perceiver utility positively and significantly affect e-commerce shopping intention. The study also identifies the mediating role of shopping orientation. Finding: The results shows that shopping orientation fully mediates the relationship between perceived utility and e-commerce shopping intention. Potensi Bumdes Desa Cisaat sebagai badan usaha milik masyarakat desa harus dapat dioptimalkan melalui bidang usaha yang berbasis potensi masyarakat. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument in a survey approach. The research sample included 250 people who follow Lokasaji on social media, live in Jabodetabek, are 17 and above, and have purchased Lokasaji products in the last six months. SPSS and LISREL's SEM (Structural Equation Model) were used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that all hypotheses are accepted.

There are still many UMKM players who do not know the procedure or the use of digital wallets (especially OVO) in order to realize a cashless society. In addition, it was also found that UMKM players were not able to maximize the use of OVO to develop their own businesses. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Data collection is done with survey methods, and the instruments used were questionnaires. The number of samples used in this study were 259 respondents in the form of tourists, both the archipelago and foreign tourists who traveled and shopped in Batik Trusmi Area, Cirebon. Data analysis uses SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 techniques to process the research data. Then, the study revealed that destination image and perceived value positively and significantly influence satisfaction. Destination image and perceived value affect the memorable tourism, satisfaction and memorable tourism have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention.

Positive mood facilitates complex cognitive functions requiring flexibility, integration, and utilization of cognitive material such as memory, categorization, creative problem solving, decision-making and learning. This study extends the literature that has been done mostly in western societies by proposing a further linkage between positive and negative mood to students’ learning and the impact of that learning on student’s academic performance in Indonesian universities, which is rarely investigated in non-western societies. The study examined consumer traits (i.e., impulse buying tendency, shopping enjoyment tendency, consumer mood) and situational factors (i.e., individual situation, website quality, motivational activities by retailers, and product attributes) to their online impulse buying. The sample was 290 criteria-met respondents and collected using the survey method, distributing the questionnaire, and applying the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the findings. The research founds that firstly, there were three accepted hypotheses in which the influencing factors of online impulse buying, such as impulse buying tendency, consumer mood, and motivational activities by retailers. Secondly, other factors such as shopping enjoyment tendency, individual situation, website quality, and product attributes were not the determinants. It implied that the ongoing phenomena of changing consumers' online impulse buying driven by their traits should be the critical factors for any sellers to reap and optimize the available opportunities during the pandemic's sudden change.

Second, To determine the influence of Price on customer satisfaction of PT Juragan Wifi Indonesia. This research is conducted on 100 customers of PT. Juragan Wifi Indonesia that spread across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Data is collected using a questionnaire with 5 point of likert scale, namely by reaching consumers by distributing the questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS program. The results shows that service quality, and price provided by PT Juragan Wifi are valid and able to meet consumer expectations. Consumers of PT Juragan Wifi also have high level of satisfaction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This study examines the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty with th... more This study examines the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers' satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Tokopedia consumers who live in DKI Jakarta and have done online shopping at Tokopedia at least twice in the last six months. All variables used were reliable and valid and met the research requirements. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest e-commerce platform of Indonesia, Tokopedia. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. Third, service quality and perceived value directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the e-commerce industry, good quality and perception could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty. For that, e-commerce players should pay a lot of attention on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to identify the factors that influences consumers’ intention to shop through e-commerce platforms. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses a survey method to collect data from online shoppers in the 11-24 age range. The research model includes shopping orientation as a mediating variable. The data analysis reveals that perceived enjoyment, social norms, social presence, and perceiver utility positively and significantly affect e-commerce shopping intention. The study also identifies the mediating role of shopping orientation. SPSS and LISREL's SEM (Structural Equation Model) were used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that all hypotheses are accepted.

Data collection is done with survey methods, and the instruments used were questionnaires. The number of samples used in this study were 259 respondents in the form of tourists, both the archipelago and foreign tourists who traveled and shopped in Batik Trusmi Area, Cirebon. Data analysis uses SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 techniques to process the research data. Then, the study revealed that destination image and perceived value positively and significantly influence satisfaction. The study examined consumer traits (i.e., impulse buying tendency, shopping enjoyment tendency, consumer mood) and situational factors (i.e., individual situation, website quality, motivational activities by retailers, and product attributes) to their online impulse buying. The sample was 290 criteria-met respondents and collected using the survey method, distributing the questionnaire, and applying the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the findings. The research founds that firstly, there were three accepted hypotheses in which the influencing factors of online impulse buying, such as impulse buying tendency, consumer mood, and motivational activities by retailers. Secondly, other factors such as shopping enjoyment tendency, individual situation, website quality, and product attributes were not the determinants. It implied that the ongoing phenomena of changing consumers' online impulse buying driven by their traits should be the critical factors for any sellers to reap and optimize the available opportunities during the pandemic's sudden change.

Second, To determine the influence of Price on customer satisfaction of PT Juragan Wifi Indonesia. This research is conducted on 100 customers of PT. Juragan Wifi Indonesia that spread across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Data is collected using a questionnaire with 5 point of likert scale, namely by reaching consumers by distributing the questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS program. The results shows that service quality, and price provided by PT Juragan Wifi are valid and able to meet consumer expectations. Consumers of PT Juragan Wifi also have high level of satisfaction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Tokopedia consumers who live in DKI Jakarta and have done online shopping at Tokopedia at least twice in the last six months. All variables used were reliable and valid and met the research requirements. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest e-commerce platform of Indonesia, Tokopedia. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the service quality and perceived value affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. Third, service quality and perceived value directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the e-commerce industry, good quality and perception could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty. For that, e-commerce players should pay a lot of attention on customer satisfaction.
