I predict that the minute the Deepwater Horizon oil spill is plugged you will start hearing two things from conservatives/the energy industry/other assorted morons:
There is no energy crisis - the size of the oil spill show just how much oil is down there!
The fact that the spilled oil cannot be "found" right away (I presume because it is in the form of small globules rather than any large oil slick) means that there was no bad effect of the spill. See? That means we can drill even more now!
