In India pneumonia is the major reason for mortality in children. To overcome these deaths by pne... more In India pneumonia is the major reason for mortality in children. To overcome these deaths by pneumonia can be avoided by early detection in time. So that proper diagnosis can be started. In this paper we have described the Convolutional neural network of deep learning classifier as a result we got the result accuracy more than 90%. Different classifier like as support vector machine, k nearest neighbor, random forest and convolutional neural network are helpful for getting the results of the of pneumonia with great efficacy. By usage of the said classifier's pneumonia can be detected at the early stages. CNN with the SoftMax activation function model produces the better precision, specificity but it could not perform well with the radio frequency. At the time of execution CNN produces the best efficacy when we performed the experiment on the different machine learning models. we achieved the accuracy up to 92% with the sequential model. We revised the experimentation to get the maximum accuracy by updating the number of epochs. By this result new hybrid model come up with that accuracy of the more than 90%. Novel classical machine learning approaches produces the better results.

We can process, analyze, and extract meaningful information from a large amount of graph data. There are a large number of applications e.g. Biological network or web data. Machine learning is an example of biological networks algorithm. Machine learning and computational intelligence have promoted the development of predictive systems in a wide range of fields. These recommendations are based on contextual information that is explicitly provided or widely collected. Predictive systems usually improve solutions and increase task efficiency. Real-time data/information is not only a popular predictive system but also an abstraction of many real-world applications designed to increase resources and reduce risks. We can learn to use predictive analytics to predict the positive outcomes of these risks. These predictive analytics can look at the risks of past successes and failures. This paper attempts to develop an accurate (i.e. real-time) prediction recommendation system to predict new estimates of positive cases of coronavirus. Graph mining tool (i.e. machine learning) applied on the Indian dataset to predict the number of positive cases in daily, weekly, and monthly cases.

The presented model for wideband circularly polarized microstrip antenna is an improved version o... more The presented model for wideband circularly polarized microstrip antenna is an improved version of the previous models which is widely applicable to satellite, microwave relay and radar. The designed circularly polarized antenna having overall volume of 20× 20 × 1.6 mm 3 actively works at the impedance bandwidth of 9000 MHz (4.0-12.9 GHz) having 105%(with 8900 MHz taken as center frequency). The 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth is obtained as 5500 MHz (5.4-10.9 GHz) depicting 67.5% (with 8150 MHz taken as the center frequency). Measured results of impedance bandwidth, axial ratio, gain and VSWR agrees to the simulation results.

No additional circuit for gain control is required in the proposed design used in a Automatic gain control (AGC). A high linearity performance and a wide gain control voltage from 0.68 to 1V are achieved. Proposed VGA is fabricated in a 45nm CMOS technology and shows a gain range 104.64dB (-64.54dB to 40.10dB) and linear range 95.1dB (at frequency 67.78 KHz to 58.53MHz) with a linearity error 0.077 dB. The gain bandwidth is over 58.53 MHz at all gain settings. The whole circuit, occupying less area with 0.6uA current consumption and 0.6uW power consumption at 1V supply.
The goal of this work is to develop DRAM controller between Main Processor and the main memory fo... more The goal of this work is to develop DRAM controller between Main Processor and the main memory for fast interfacing of the data and this is achieved with the help of a new Super Harvard type of interfacing parallel interfacing for the data, program data and instructions, also the proposed work used four stage pipelining to achieve high throughput and high speed interfacing. Vertex Corse grain FPGA has been used for the design of the work hence the area can be minimized also the mix modeling architecture is been used. The architecture is designed in Xilinx EDA using Verilog HDL and verification of the design is been done of ISE. The result in terms of speed and area are found better.

It deals with the design of fuzzy controller and modules with HDL approach and the synthesis of the same for the obstacle avoidance and parking of vehicle. The two layer fuzzy controller has been proposed for finding collision possibility and obstacle avoidance by controlling the translational and rotational velocity. Also a multilayer fuzzy controller has been proposed for parking of vehicle by controlling the speed and angular deviation. The fuzzy logic controller has been designed and implemented using Verilog HDL in Altera Quartus-II Software.

In this study, a low-profile, co-planar waveguide (CPW) fed, wideband, and dual-ring slot antenna... more In this study, a low-profile, co-planar waveguide (CPW) fed, wideband, and dual-ring slot antenna design for biomedical applications is proposed. The proposed antenna has a total area of 10 mm × 10 mm and a height of 0.4 mm, and is designed by using a thin and biocompatible FR4 epoxy (εr = 4.4) substrate to accomplish human body isolation and great flexibility obtained by implantation. This wideband antenna covers a large bandwidth of industrial scientific and medical (ISM) frequency band, including 902.8 MHz to 928 MHz, 1.395 GHz to 1.4 GHz, 1.427 GHz to 1.432 GHz, 2.4 GHz to 2.485 GHz, and above. The simulation results of return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), impedance matching, gain, and radiation pattern of the proposed antenna are obtained through High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) 14 software.

A triple-frequency operated concentric annular ring microstrip antenna which is single fed is pre... more A triple-frequency operated concentric annular ring microstrip antenna which is single fed is presented. The proposed antenna with three concentric annular rings and two symmetrical notches on its outer ring and having a cross slot in its ground surface shows triple band at resonance frequency 1.22760, 1.57542, and 2.18 GHz, respectively. At the first two bands (GPS L2 and GPS L1), circular polarization characteristic is observed and the third band observes linear polarization finding its application in Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS). The complete dimension of the antenna designed and fabricated is only 51.6 × 51.6 × 1.6 mm3. Experimental results depict the proposed antenna gain of 3.31, 3.55, and 3.50 dBi in three bands, respectively, and closely matches with the theoretical results.

High performance, less circuitry and better overall characteristics are the main reason why binary Floating point hardware (BFP) is choosen over decimal floating point (DFP) hardware. However the binary floating point cannot precisely represent many common decimal values. Further, although binary arithmetic is well suited for the scientific community, it is quite different from manual calculation norms and does not meet legal requirements. Due to the shortcomings of BFP arithmetic, many application involving fractional decimal data are forced to perform their arithmetic either entirely in software or a combination of software and decimal fixed- point hardware.
