Zusammenfassung

Experimenteller Nachweis eines hypolipidämischen Effektes des Knoblauch-Inhaltstoffes Allicin nach Langzeit-Fütterungsversuchen mit Ratten, wobei die Allicin-Wirkung sich stärker auf die Leber als auf das Blutserum auswirkt.
