Fofuleng Julius Babila is a facilitator, sustainability leadership, conflict consultant, process designer and humanitarian worker. I work with teams who need to lead the way through complex sustainability challenges and can give them the "what" of sustainability and the "how" of addressing such challenges together.
I work where there is the capacity to develop in wholesome ways bridging the scientific approach to the world’s needs, the leadership skills needed to face such transition in the world at the individual and the collective level, and the personal development journeys of sense-making. We need to make sense of this complex world. I work with leaders in the field of sustainability, international relations, peace and development works, organisational learning and art of hosting that are facing complex challenges. My essential tool is that of co-creating, co-innovate and co-share towards building a shared understanding and vision through generative solutions.
Presently, I am a researcher and publisher with a focus on conflicts diplomacy, mediation, policy implementation, evaluation and implementation through a sustainable leadership process. My research findings and recommendation help institutions, families, and individuals deal with a diverse range of problems, be it political social, economic, cultural policy processes, evaluation and implementation. My objective is to project vision and hope, forming relationships that help some of our most vulnerable to overcome issues that are often misunderstood and misrepresented in society.
