Este estudo examina a integração da Inteligência Artificial (IA) e do Building Information Modeli... more Este estudo examina a integração da Inteligência Artificial (IA) e do Building Information Modeling (BIM) no design de interiores e na arquitetura sustentável. A pesquisa explora como essa convergência tecnológica está transformando o setor, permitindo a criação de espaços mais eficientes, sustentáveis e centrados no usuário. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática, o trabalho analisa os benefícios, desafios e implicações práticas dessa integração.
Os resultados indicam que a combinação de IA e BIM oferece vantagens significativas, incluindo otimização de recursos, melhoria na eficiência energética e tomada de decisões mais informadas ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto. O estudo também identifica desafios, como a necessidade de atualização profissional contínua e investimentos em tecnologia.
A pesquisa destaca o potencial dessa integração para promover práticas de design mais sustentáveis, contribuindo para a redução do impacto ambiental da indústria da construção. Além disso, aborda as implicações para a prática profissional e a formação acadêmica em design de interiores e arquitetura.

In this communication we write about the evolution of the study of the design tools that support ... more In this communication we write about the evolution of the study of the design tools that support the methodological infrastructure of the Interior Design and Architecture professional practice with special regard to the tools mostly used by Retail Design. We intend to bring forward the concept that the study of the different design artifacts allow us to change the focus from the final product into the activities involved in its design process through a clarification of their participating role in the creative process. The common design tools used in design as the sketch and the physical scale model may in a near future evolve as instruments that incorporate the ability to answer the retail design special needs allowing processes of delegation, evaluation and control that characterize the instruments in other human activities. In our conclusion we offer some insights for future development of the research around this problem space.

The Department Store is one of the formats that has stood as a business model for this competition year after year and has managed to incorporate technological innovation and changing consumer tastes while still offering a differentiation that has not been overtaken by competitors; variety of offerings, service and price . The exhibition of furniture in the Department Store has not benefited from the development of the visual merchandising- display techniques - which has managed to incorporate in other products sold in their stores and as a result has become an area of undeveloped retail, little innovative and continuous decline in recent years. O projeto foi inteiramente modelado utilizando o Autodesk Revit 2025, que serviu como a principal ferramenta para todas as especialidades envolvidas, garantindo um fluxo de trabalho uniformizado e a integridade dos dados dentro do ambiente comum de dados (CDE), realizado no Autodesk Construction Cloud.
