In our eagerness to dive into the datatyping discussion, this was overlooked (postponed until next meeting).

This was not overlooked. As this was a meeting designed to focus specifically on the technical issue of datatyping, the chair decided to postpone reviewing these minutes till the next 'normal' telecon.
