To investigate the students' beliefs and values in relation to the subject matter and the course, focus groups were used. The results indicate challenges with a lack of maturity and motivation among the students and that they wrongly perceive the subject matter as trivial.

This is evident in most service design literature and textbooks but still services are prototyped by focusing on separate parts rather than whole service journeys. In this paper we propose a technique called service walkthrough that can be used to represent whole services. We explore what information can be generated using the technique and how useful it is.

We will call the company XX. The study was done over a very short period of time and consists of an interview with two persons involved with the security of the computers at the company.

A recent feature added to a growing number of Web sites, such systems o er user support via text chat with human assistants. To adapt consultation to the individual user, long-term information about his or her skills and interests is collected in a user model. So far, this updating of user models has been a task performed manually by the assistants.

Given this interpretation we propose an operational approach to obtain the Uhlmann condition for parallelity. This allows us to realize parallel transport along a sequence of density operators by an iterative preparation procedure. At the final step the resulting Uhlmann holonomy can be determined via interferometric measurements.
