This is a group ONLY for students in Land O' Lakes' IB Class of 2014.

1) Keep it at least loosely school-related or IB-related. If not specifically school-related, posts should at least be educational.

2) Don't talk about teachers. We all know how this ends, posts about teachers will be deleted and if the offense is repeated, the user will be asked to leave.

3) If you drop out, get out. We still love you, but this is for school and school only.

4) Do not SHARE OR ASK FOR test/essay questions/answers. You're free to talk about tests

in general

(i.e.: "golly gee, that was hard!") while people are taking them, and in specific when they're over.

5) Posting vocabulary, terms, character lists, formulas, etc. Is fine as long as it obeys rule number 6. Think like this: if you can find it on Google: it's okay to post (as long as it falls withing the parameters of rule numer 1)

6) If your post takes up less than three or four lines (i.e.: what was the spanish homework?") then feel free to post as-is. HOWEVER, if your post is really big (i.e.: a comprehensive list of characters from Great Expectations) put it under a cut with a few lines summarizing it before the cut. (LJ has a FAQ page on how to use cuts, it takes some getting used to, but it's pretty easy.) if you're not sure, post it without a cut and if it's too long, i'll tell you.

7) I'm not super picky about language, i'm not going to delete a post because you say "damn", but don't go crazy or I'll rethink that rule and i don't want to see any hate speech, even if you mean it in jest.

8) MOST IMPORTANTLY: tags. PLEASE tag your posts under everything that applies. If there is no existing tag that applies to your post, make one but please do not make silly tags. If your post isn't tagged, i'll give a warning, and then I'll delete it. LJ's tagging system makes it easier to find old posts that you need, simply look at the list of tags in the (i think) lefthand margin and click the one that relates to what you're looking for.
