Okay guys, I need some info. I get drunk really quickly anyway, and come my birthday in about four months time I'll have been about six months with no alcohol. If I decide to drink on my birthday, will I get drunk even quicker than usual and therefore need less alcohol??

How long does that dreaded plateau stay for you gals? Even though today's weigh-in was less, I think it had to do with me being dehydrated. ;( Curses plateau, curses.

Been a while since I posted. Lost some weight recently because I've been running here and there when I have time. I also recently got the pass-code to my apartment complex weight set, so I'll probably give those a run pretty soon. Running makes you loose weight like a mad person, but it really hurts if you smoke and have asthma! I hope everyone is doing good.

Just thought I would stop in and mention that for the first time EVER, I have been under 140 pounds for over a month. The unfortunate downside here is my new job at (no joke) Ben & Jerry's (!!!!!!!), so let's hope that my willpower is a little more than I'm willing to give it credit for at the moment.
Hope everyone is doing well and making the most of the last few weeks of summer!

I got on the exercise bike, for the sake of distraction. Set the timer for 20 minutes.
-5.5 Miles
-243 Calories Burnt
-70.6 of them were Calories From Fat.

And now that I'm thinking about it, it's so hot in the living room right now that I probably burnt of more just because of the temperature lol...

Had a very good scale experience today, believe it or not! Lost another 4 pounds, so I'm very pleased. I'd like to drop another 10 before we go to Florida, but I think if I do it'll just be a rush job and I'll end up gaining it all back anyways, so maybe I'll settle for 5. *wink*
