The Toast of Schaumburg is an evening of Celebration, Recognition and Philanthropy. Open bar, elegant cuisine, awards presentation, dancing, and more! This event is an annual tradition for the SBA and has an attire of cocktail to formal. We look forward to celebrating our business community and reverse auction, which raises funds for our 501c3, on November 1.

- Brie & Marcona almond stuffed Chicken Breast with Sweet Red Onion and wild Brown Chicken Broth, lightly breaded in panko. Served with wild rice pilaf & grilled asparagus
- Braised Beef short rib in a cabernet sauvignon demi-glace, wild mushroom ragout. Served with parmesan and White Wine Risotto & roasted cauliflower and broccoli
- Salmon, Roasted Herbed Potato, Haricot Verts (French Beans) with Lemon Beurre Blanc
- Vegetable Cannelloni, Squash & Zucchini Filled, Ricotta and Parmesan and Mushroom Ragu
