Here is your check in post for yesterday, 2/16, and today, 2/17.
For reference, you get one point each for:
1. At least 7 hours of sleep
2. 64 oz. of water (or Crystal Light, tea, etc. Soda, highly caffeinated drinks or highly sugary drinks don't count)
3. At least 15 minutes of exercise
4. 5 servings of fruit/veggies
5. At least 10 minutes of stretching
