(no title) (original) (raw)

so i'm a theatre major at my university and love everything about theatre and appreciate everything. Well i was sitting in my Stage Management class (that's what i want to do) and my teacher brought in a special speaker who is a broadway stage manager and he actually worked on The Phantom of the Opera both in south Africa and broadway for years... i just found that so hot. he was explaing all the cues and checks you have to take in just to drop the chandeler in the show, there's like over 2000 cues (sound, lights, set, etc) just for this show. And he was also talking about like the disasters like how a Raoul broke his arm and how a Phantom ( during the masqurade scene when he dissapeares) missed the trap door and fell and cracked his head open... it's awful, but he lke made it all the way to past the point before they had to bring in his understudy... what this stage manager had to say about the show and how it all works on Broadway was absolutely amazing.....

i don't know i just thought this was an interesting thing to put up....

the series is so far finished, but is laible to be added to when I do some new one related to it. Here they are: Modern Erik--Punk…

Here's my latest bit of phanart. It's for a contest on Phantom of dA opera: Dreams of beauty...
