FBMC has a large number of benefits over conventional orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) techniques. The FBMC scheme suffers from imaginary interference, which degrades the bit error rate (BER) performance at the receiver. In the recent past, inter carrier interference (ICI)-free Alamouti-coded FBMC frame and block repetition schemes for BER improvement were discussed. However, in the analysis, various interfering terms are neglected. In this work to reduce ICI and inter symbol interference (ISI), the concept of inverse filtering is applied while considering other interfering terms. Inverse filtering can be used to reduce the negative impacts of the ICI and ISI. This is determined by mathematical modelling that includes the ICI, ISI, and other interfering parameters. The simulation is performed in MATLABR software. The obtained BER at an SNR of 15 dB is 2.3 × 10−4.The simulation results are also compared with some of the recent methods, and it has been found that the proposed scheme is better in comparison to the considered recent methods.

A sensor network is composed of a large number of sensor nodes, which are densely deployed and relay on limited battery power. In an Ad-Hoc network better Quality of Services can be achieved either by using high transmit power or by reducing number of hops. Transmitting at unnecessarily high power reduces the life time of sensor node as well as network. One of the goals of forming a network is to have power optimization-that is, each sensor node should be able to communicate with any other sensor node via less number of hops. Involving less number of intermediate sensor nodes in a route provides better QoS as well as rest sensor nodes can be involved in other transmission. The strategy of using optimum number of hop in multi hop communication is to provide less number of transmission in a route, which provides less involvement of semiconductor noise, signal interference, fading, scattering and shadowing, which ultimately improves QoS and also preserve the power of other sensor nodes.

The prime objective is to evaluate the MITA algorithm for its complexity and throughput over multiple communication systems so that it fulfills the requirements of 5G technology. Higher throughput and low complexity are achieved by the structure of MITA interleaver, in which more users are allotted interleavers per clock cycle as compared to existing interleavers primarily, random, tree, and FLRITI. The analysis is carried out in MATLAB environment for varying parameter values such as data length and user count and is plotted in terms of bit error rate (BER). Next, the effect of Convolutional coding is observed on grouped IDMA systems and lastly comparison in terms complexity is carried out. The simulation results over grouped IDMA systems show that MITA interleaver has better BER performance than FLRITI for large user count and the response further improves with greater number of users. The comparison of interleavers in terms of complexity reveals that MITA has lower complexity than FLRITI. Thus, MITA interleaver can be preferred over FLRITI and is a better option to be implemented in 5G technologies.

However OFDM-IDMA scheme suffers high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) problem. For removing high PAPR problem a hybrid multiple access scheme SC-FDM-IDMA has been proposed. In this paper, bit error rate (BER) performance comparison of SC-FDM-IDMA scheme, OFDM-IDMA scheme and IDMA scheme have been duly presented. Moreover, the BER performance of various subcarrier mapping methods for SC-FDM-IDMA scheme as well as other results with variation of different parameters have also been demonstrated. Finally simulation result for BER performance improvement has been shown employing BCH code. All the simulation results demonstrate the suitability of SC-FDM-IDMA scheme for wireless communication under AWGN channel environment.

To set up wireless communication system of communication purpose is challenging in underwater application because transmitter sector section and receiver section are not fixed. Sound causes large delay in acoustic signal because of multipath phenomena and speed of sound is 1500 m/s. inter-symbol interference (ISI) occur due to large time delay and ISI decrease the performance of many system or receivers. However orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a multi-tone modulation scheme which is used to reduce the long-time delay spreads of acoustic channels. OFDM-IDMA system is designed to mitigate the error burst in multi-access underwater application. An efficient random base interleaver is present which is simple and could produce orthogonal interleavers for generating user specific chip level interleaver for different user. Performance of OFDM-IDMA system was observed through analysis of BER with respect to SNR.

Another demand is the uninterrupted communication. This has led to the evolution of a technique referred as Ultra Wideband (UWB). UWB is capable of providing very high data rates and has very low power consumption. This technique relies on carrier less transmission of data in the form of pulses over a wide bandwidth and is mainly suited for short range applications. The short pulses add to the robust performance in the presence of multipath effects. Low spectral power density permits amalgamation of multiple signals and also interception. Due to numerous benefits, UWB finds it usefulness in many areas such as wireless communication, radar imaging, medical and indoor positioning. The paper aims to provide an overview of UWB standards, characteristics and applications.

CDMA is limited by (MAI) and (ISI) Hence when number of user increases the BER performance also increased. The main limitation in CDMA is that it involves separate coding and spreading operations. A method to enhance the performance of IDMA System turbo codes can be applied to IDMA system, called Turbo coded IDMA System, which is presented recently for combing the advantages of turbo and IDMA. We use regular Turbo coder is used. IDMA uses repetition code. To mitigate MAI and ISI, turbo type iterative MUD (Multi User Detection) is used. In contrast to CDMA, IDMA uses the iterative chip-By-chip (CBC) detection algorithm to overcome intra-cell Interference. An interleave-division multipleaccess (IDMA) system supports the presence of multiple users in a cell by resorting to a different interleaver per user. The results Show that the TURBO CODED IDMA is better than other FEC code like convolution code and LDPC code under the same Parameters. The cam-B3LYP functional along with 6-311G(d,p) basis set was used, and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) method was used for excited-state calculations. The effect of bulk water was modeled using the CPCM approach. Nature of potential energy surfaces (PESs) was ascertained through the harmonic vibrational frequency analysis; all optimized geometries were found to be minima at the respective PESs. It was predicted that singlet excited-state geometries are significantly changed compared to the ground state. Further, it was also revealed that irrespective of nature of the electronic singlet excited states, the length of C7O1 bond is increased compared to the ground state. Further, electronic structures and properties consequent to electronic excitations are also discussed.

Transportation sector is not the exception for the e-Governance. Many Government Plan have been executed and running successfully like VAHAN and SARATHI related to transportation. This paper proposed an approach to penalize the offenders, who violate the traffic rules on road, by using RFID and Camera based Technique which are installed at road side. In this approach the main key area is to recognize the Registration Plate Number and extract the vehicle's owner data and penalize owner through ECS using e-Commerce automatically. So the main targetable area in this vehicle Identification system is Registration plate recognition. For this purpose RFID, cameras system and a software flow with wired and wireless e-centre architecture could resolve the problem with the help of Registration Plate recognition system. In addition, human resource is not possible to checkout every vehicle, so offenders can easily violate the traffic rules which may cause the casualty of the people. Therefore, a Vehicle Identification system using RFID and Camera scheme is necessary to identify such traffic rule violators and penalized them automatically.

For achieving even higher data rate in multiple user environments, researchers have proposed various multiple access schemes for power line communication systems including CDMA and OFDM mechanisms. This paper includes the performance analysis of power line channel with recently proposed multiple access scheme popularly known as Interleave-Division Multiple-Access (IDMA) scheme utilizing unequal power allocation with random and tree based interleaving mechanisms. During the analysis, the simulations have been performed in MATLAB environment. The simulation results demonstrate suitability of IDMA mechanism for powerline communication in comparison to other available mechanisms. Also, tree based interleaver is observed with similar BER performance to that of random interleaver with reduced complexity and bandwidths requirements.

This technique is based on concept of counting the known train of pulses for the period corresponding to power frequency deviation. It has been simulated on SIMULINK tool of MATLAB and has been duly implemented. The technique is insensitive to harmonic noise due to its ability to filter out all the higher order components. With modest averaging, the approach is also relatively insensitive to offsets and random noise. The simulation results demonstrate a linear relationship between frequency deviation and counted pulses.

In this paper we have IDMA for Optical Fiber medium. In IDMA user specific interleaver are assigned to distinguish the various users. Thus, for good BER, low computational complexity, low bandwidth requirement interleaver should be designed cautiously. Although the performance of optical IDMA can be further improved by using various interleaving schemes. In this work the two interleaving scheme (Random Interleaver and Tree Base Interleaver) is compared in terms of computational complexity and memory requirement to store the interleaving sequences.

In this paper, an attempt is made to estimate pdf and Complimentary Cumulative Distribution Function (CCDF) expression for an ACO-OFDM with intensity modulation and direct detection (IM/DD), and its validity is checked by using simulation results. ...
